What are they?

And really we all have drama Dragons.
They're sort of our pet selves.
You know, everybody's got a side to them.
They don't always want to show, but sometimes they just start to rage out regardless of whether we want to do that or.
And really, one of the very, very first things that I recommend people to do is just find out what drama Dragon they are, and we'll talk more about that in our next episode.
But one of the key takeaways to you know, once you've discovered your dragon is really to find that navigation system.
You know, where is that drama dragon?
What is the purpose of that drama Dragon?
Where does that drama Dragon live in your body?
Because once you really discover all of those different aspects of just the drama dragon.
Then you can really start to relate to that Dragon and understand the messages that it may be giving you instead of letting it loose.
You can listen to it a little bit more closely when you're noticing that fire coming up, you can tame it and you'll know how to.
