He is passionate about working with people who are motivated, and ready to make a positive shift in their lives so that they can live more intentionally. Over my years as a Personal Trainer, and many years of attempting to improve my own personal nutrition routines, I have learned many lessons. That being said, I do feel as though there are a few that stand out as not just great lessons in nutrition, but as great lessons to be applied in other areas of life as well. I truly do believe that these types of lessons are learned in many of our wellness practices. I believe that it is important to not only absorb these lessons as we improve our wellness routines, but apply them to other areas of our lives as well. This is how true mastery of your Wellness has such a positive impact on the rest of your life.
