Over my years as a Personal Trainer, and many years of attempting to improve my own personal nutrition routines, I have learned many lessons.
That being said, I do feel as though there are a few that stand out as not just great lessons in nutrition, but as great lessons to be applied in other areas of life as well. I truly do believe that these types of lessons are learned in many of our wellness practices.
