2
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: here on the mystic marketing podcast, to help you amplify your voice and monetize your message. Today we are diving into what it means to bring a unique message and offer to your audience. It's essential for spiritually minded entrepreneurs and coaches to stand out in today's world. Because let's face it. Your message matters.
3
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Last week we chatted about identifying your ideal client or listener. And today we're moving forward by talking about how to catch their attention in a world of sameness. Differentiation is the key. So be sure to stay to the end, where we'll give you some simple exercises to help you create an offer and a message that's uniquely yours.
4
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's more than a niche. It's your perspective, your voice, and your energy.
5
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Welcome to the show, jay.
6
::April & Jay: How are you? No, it's good to be back here with you.
7
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's so good to have you back here, too. We've been like chatting off the podcast. About this exciting thing that we're bringing to the
8
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: bring it to the world. And it's I'm just like I'm so excited about it. But we're gonna we're gonna
9
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: pull back just a little bit and talk about authenticity being what spiritually connects you with your audience. It's not so much about doing what everybody else is doing, but finding your unique spin on things so.
10
::April & Jay: Yeah.
11
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: What! What are your thoughts on that.
12
::April & Jay: A 100% 1,000%. Even, it's just it's so critical because in a sea of everybody. And and there's a lot of people doing this, which is a great indicator, that you're on the right track, right? That a lot of people are doing it. One of the things, though you still contend with is.
13
::April & Jay: How do you have a competitive edge like what makes you different than the next coach, or the next healer, or the next reader, or whatever that may be, that your profession is so, they have to have what's called a competitive edge that comes from within, that comes from within, that comes from within side you. So you know, people tend to look outside a lot and find out. Oh, well, someone's doing this. Let me kind of model this, you know, I'm a believer of
14
::April & Jay: just like you. But one of the things I'm such a big believer. Why, everybody should have a show, because a show brings that out in you. It brings out the essence of you. It brings out your spirit. It's like your spirit rises to the service almost like a Kundalini awakening of some sorts. But everything starts to become very clear to you. You start to get what you're
15
::April & Jay: purposes until you get that purpose, you know. Then you fall along the lines of just maybe getting your products and services out there. But when you start doing a show repetitively and you start getting in them, you know. It's almost like a mantra. If you would, you'll you'll notice that again. I'll say this, and I'll say it this time. Probably said it before, but maybe even say it continually.
16
::April & Jay: You know, if you were to record yourself every day for 30 days, I don't even believe you'd recognize yourself after the 30th day, and you say how? Oh, my God! I was that person! And I don't mean that in a bad way. It's just you change, something comes out of you, and that something is the thing that's going to give you the answers to give you something unique that is available to the world. And that's really what you're looking for. So use this opportunity as a way to
17
::April & Jay: have your podcast use. This opportunity as a as a mock speed delivery system to get your purpose out there faster than I believe anything else can.
18
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Absolutely. And it's really about
19
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: just getting started. Sometimes you just have to step out on faith and believe the universe is going to rise up and make solid the ground beneath your next step. It has always worked that way for me, as scary as the idea of starting. A podcast was when I 1st started, and I'm just the kind of person I jump in and
20
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: discover how how the water temperature is. Afterwards
21
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm shocked, and I got the the name of my podcast wrong. I mean, it was. It was a disaster. But I was talking to somebody that I knew and liked a lot. And he was really a good, a good person to be
22
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: introducing the podcast with. So
23
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: if you're, if you're thinking about doing a podcast and I really encourage you to consider using, podcasting or broadcasting, to get your message out in a big way. But you need to have a message
24
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and Jay's Jay's idea about recording yourself for 30 days. It really will help you and listen to those recordings.
25
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It'll it'll help you develop
26
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: ideas. I mean, things will come to you in the middle of the night, early hours of the morning, as you're falling asleep, that are just like.
27
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: oh, oh, I can do it this way which would would make it just enough different.
28
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so that you're not the same. So there there are lots.
29
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's lots of ways to recombine the finite number of modalities that there are out there. I mean, everybody
30
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: does pretty much.
31
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're they're picking and choosing from a menu of stuff that you can offer.
32
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know that you've talked to, you know thousands of coaches. I've talked to hundreds of them, and everybody
33
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at the end of the day is kind of doing the same thing, but
34
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they everybody has a different way that they can bring. Bring the solution together
35
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and and focus on one little piece of the problem to move
36
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that group of people that they're speaking to to the next step.
37
::April & Jay: Right, right.
38
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: To solve all their problems all at one time right?
39
::April & Jay: No, you don't. You want to be known for something? It's like, you know. Are you a? Are you a health coach? Are you a. Are you a nutritional coach? Are you a financial coach? What kind of coach are you right? So you know, I think a lot of people
40
::April & Jay: where they could
41
::April & Jay: serve themselves a lot more, as if they start to really define what it is. They're completely in the coaching world, for example, what it is that you're passionate about maybe a spiritual coach. I don't know but really, that's the thing be known for that, because again, you know, more and more people are looking for something very specific. Okay, as time goes on. And being a coach or consultant in today's world is a highly competitive place to be, and it is going to be.
42
::April & Jay: you know, for for you to have a coaching, you know business, and only be getting interviewed by people again. We talked about this before. It's just not enough, you know. You have to have either a show that brands you as your own credible sources of information or a series of sorts that set you aside. That's yours. It's like your own media section that's independent of you being interviewed on.
43
::April & Jay: you know, hundreds of different shows. That's that's that's great. It exposes you to new audience. But remember those people that are even watching you being interviewed. They're still going to want to backtrack and find out what makes them a real credible source of information. And that's where your series or your channel is going to pop in to show them that.
44
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: In in. From my experience people will binge you.
45
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They'll look for you on other platforms. So why not? If you're if your marketing model is to be a podcast guest, which is a great model.
46
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: why not take all of your episodes and put them in one place where you're going to get more exposure in essence, you're making your own podcast
47
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: from other people's podcasts, having you guest on other people's podcasts.
48
::April & Jay: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Or do a say, if you don't want to do a, podcast we do a series of something, do a couple of, you know, 3 or 4 different videos on a specific topic, and take people through a journey. At least they see you in some different light.
49
::April & Jay: Look, this is what you gotta do in today's world. We don't make the rules, but we're here to help
50
::April & Jay: you understand them.
51
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And this kind of brings us
52
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: full circle to the anthologies. And
53
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: but before we get to that, I want to talk about another crucial point. When you're
54
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you're going out there and doing all of this marketing, because that's what it is. You're marketing. You're looking for customers. You need to have some system where people can learn more about you
55
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: or do business with you at first, st because you're you're you're just starting to get
56
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: get the relationship going.
57
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You need to give them a way that they can stalk you anonymously. And I'm not talking about. You know the the creepy stalker kind of way. But you know, in today's world, we research people, we look at their profiles on on their social media. We we want to get some idea of you know. Who are you? Not just from this piece of content? But who are you overall? And that's where your messaging
58
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and your branding really comes into play, and branding is more than just. You know your colors, or whatever it's
59
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you're.
60
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's the feeling you want your clients to have to take away from the experience they're having with you.
61
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You can look at Apple or Nike, or Coca-cola, even they. They all have a message that's not just like, buy my product. It's get this feeling.
62
::April & Jay: Yeah, yeah, and and I, and I really think that we're getting that. I mean, look, you know, a lot of the people in the spiritual world. I know we don't agree or or resonate to the concept of time as it stands, meaning that you know it's all happening, all of it together all at once. So you know, with that being said, you know. Don't. Don't
63
::right. Well, you know, let me:64
::April & Jay: Here's what's happened. Right? So you know, if you're really feel like you're tapped and tuned in at that level, and you are
65
::April & Jay: getting clients that are relying upon you for advice.
66
::ing a month to go to. January:67
::April & Jay: it'll it'll help you become more courageous in your decisions, you know. It'll like, I said, your spirit will soar, your your courage will shine, and you'll you'll be more action oriented versus more in a place of analysis. Paralysis.
68
::April & Jay: Okay, so this is really a critical thing. I mean, it seems like, you know, like when people when I think about when we do these podcasts, we talk about a show show. Listen! If there was another solution. We tell you we're in business to tell you things right. But this is the solution. This is the one that makes, ties the pieces together, opens up your spirit, gives you the courage you need, helps you with multiple streams of income, helps your potential clients. Look at you and say, that's
69
::April & Jay: the person I I want to do business with, because they sound good. I can. They appear confident they have what it's got going on there. So that's who I'm going to work with. So you know, there's so many reasons why why you want to have yourself out there again, not just as a guest, that's a good thing, but have your own something, whether it be a series you do as a 1 off or as an ongoing show that you do. That's yours.
70
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Absolutely, absolutely. And that's why we we came up with this new new twist on an old.
71
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: an old trend. You've you've heard about people who put together
72
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what do they call them? They're they're everybody's forgetting every more. Right?
73
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, there's just.
74
::April & Jay: Is this, it's going away, the conferences, the events, summits. If you will.
75
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes, that's what I was talking about. There's there's all those, and but they, the thing about them is they require the the people that are are participating in them to
76
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: or that want to take part it, or to consume them, to show up at a specific time. And it's around, whoever the planners agenda is, and you know you're going in there, and you're just going to be pitched something, and then they then they have, in my opinion, the audacity to ask you for money, to be able to watch it
77
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and get sold on something at your leisure.
78
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then there's the anthologies which are getting a chapter in a book where you're getting attached to other
79
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: other writers, contributors to the anthology. And yeah, you're probably going to be part of a bestseller, because that's how they're set up to be. But
80
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: really, how many people are going to read that book, and how much promotion are you going to do for that book? Is it going to be like ongoing?
81
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And how much money are you really going to make off of having that book? It having. It's not that anthologies aren't a great thing.
82
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for you know, learning how to write and get your message out there in the written format, but we have reimagined all of this into something that we are calling
83
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: anthologies reimagined. Where you you can either join
84
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: join a theme that we already have. So it's like joining a theme of a book and contribute
85
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: meaningful content.
86
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And by meaningful content, I mean, you're going to get
87
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: either interviewed or provide the content yourself and share about
88
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what makes you unique and what you're bringing to the world and
89
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: help people really get to know what your message is.
90
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then there's a way that you can monetize this with sponsorships, so that as you're you're
91
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: your piece, your video piece becomes consumed by the the public. And we have a huge network. There's a million people in our network.
92
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and they'll they'll have access to watching your video.
93
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You'll you'll not only be able to share
94
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: links to what you're doing and how they can get in touch with you and and work with you. But you'll also have the ability to have residual income through sponsorships. And we also have. We've done this in 2 sections. We have the
95
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: join a theme or bring your team. If you already have a team of, or a community of coaches that you you all are talking about something similar, maybe not exactly the same thing. But you really could bring value by coming as a group.
96
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then by all means come as a group, and we've got a a set, a setup just for you. So
97
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: like, I said, really excited about it. Do you want to share your thoughts on it, Jay?
98
::April & Jay: Yeah, it really is. It's a matter. And again, you know, it's a matter of reimagining things. And that's what we have to consistently do. So you're either climbing or you're falling in. Today's world in business. Right? So it's constantly reimagining. But yeah, our anthology series really is going to be the
99
::April & Jay: the new way of looking up, how summits, how conferences are done, because it really puts the
100
::April & Jay: it really puts the emphasis on you as the messenger. You as a speaker. Not so much the conference. The conference is a placeholder. It's like a house you walk into, and that's as good as that. But you know what the energy the vibe of that house is only as good as the people in there. Right? So what we've decided to do is to reverse engineer that, and put our emphasis on you as a speaker. You know you as the content Creator, you as the storyteller, and let you see that. So what if so? What if you attended? Imagine a world
101
::April & Jay: where you're in one of these anthologies, and and someone says, Well, no matter what order you're in in the Anthology Series. Someone says to you, Let me start with
102
::April & Jay: Jill, because I like the vibe there and let them start wherever order their spirit wants to do so. It's really going to be. Your spirit will guide you properly in this way. It's the way that
103
::April & Jay: you know our universe is showing us. That is the way we're supposed to live. Let us go in the direction that's guided the direction. There's not a 1 size fits all, you know, and I think that seems to be a lot of the
104
::April & Jay: the struggles, a lot of businesses face a lot of speakers do, or they try to put them in a in a model that's there. I think people need to have the ability to be able to find their own way and do it their own way. We're gonna we're gonna provide for that. We're very excited about it. Everybody. You know, if you do have a message that you want to get out and you'd like to be part of an anthology series, one that's already being established or like, Joe was saying, if you
105
::April & Jay: have a group of people and say, Look, you know
106
::April & Jay: you've done conferences before, and you know who you are, and you know the kind of money you spend on these things, and you know what you didn't make or made whatever. But if you want to do it again, and just do it in a way where it's very. It's the way that people are going to really start to embrace it, or at least learn about what that could look for. Look like for you you know you should reach out. Let's have a conversation.
107
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And and it just a conversation can show you you don't have to worry about the tech.
108
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And when you set up those conferences. There's a lot of tech behind it. There's emails that have to be sent out. There's marketing that's crazy. There's.
109
::April & Jay: Giveaways, you know. No, none of this stuff, I mean, you know.
110
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it's evergreen. Yes.
111
::April & Jay: Evergreen.
112
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's going to stay out there, and it's going to constantly be being renewed because we're going to allow people to continue to join the themes
113
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: as as time goes on. So
114
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: whereas with one of those conferences, you know, it's a 1 and done deal, and then, if you want to do another one. You have to start all the way from scratch and start over. These are up there, and as new people come into the theme that you're in. There'll be more excitement around that. And then your episode's still there.
115
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They can watch yours. We're just continuing to make it grow. Imagine having a book that continually gets chapters added to it that just really enrich the story, and you get to watch the story unfold, and people that may have come in the beginning will come back
116
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to see what what's coming next. Yeah.
117
::April & Jay: It's going to be really cool to watch it. It's really cool, everybody. We're excited about it. We hope you do take us on the up on the offer to at least have a conversation, because this is absolutely going to be the new way of doing it, I mean, and who is this, for? This is for all of you coaches out there that are not making enough money. You're not making what you feel like you should. People aren't banging on your doors, you know. You're watching other people get all the clients, and you're not. Then you should probably be talking to us because I don't believe there's a better place to have a conversation with. That'll help you with your competitive edge.
118
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Absolutely, absolutely. And and if you're thinking Oh, my God, I can't possibly record anything because I don't have the tech for this.
119
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Don't worry. We have professional interviewers who will draw your story out, who will talk to you about what the story is that you want to tell, and it will just be like having a conversation with your best friend, and those truly are the best interviews to to hear.
120
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So
121
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we'll put the link down below, so you can schedule a a chat with us, and you know, see if see if it's a right fit for you.
122
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for where you are, in, in your your marketing and and trying to get your unique message out there, and we'll we'll give you some pointers on
123
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: how to position yourself uniquely in the marketplace while we're chatting with you.
124
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So the next
125
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: part of this is going to be your turn. So let's just do these quick exercises to help you create a unique offer and message, and so get your journals out
126
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and write this down.
127
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: What's the ultimate transformation that you want to create for your audience, and most importantly, write down how you want them to feel
128
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: like for me.
129
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Want people to feel empowered when they work with me.
130
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And that's that's what drives everything that I do.
131
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So write down what that is for you. What does it look like?
132
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then step 2 is to identify the trends happening in your niche. What are the popular topics methods or offers in your space right now?
133
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Make a list of those you might even ask Chad Gpt. It's an amazing assistant.
134
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and then step 3 is to combine and reimagine. Think about how you can take these trends and remix them with your unique perspective voice or story, and think of ways you can truly make them yours.
135
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then, finally, you're going to write a 1-liner offer.
136
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So just in one sentence, you're going to summarize your unique offer. Using this formula.
137
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I help insert your ideal audience.
138
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Remember, last week, achieve. And then you write down the specific transformation that you help them accomplish
139
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and buy, and then you insert your unique method. You don't have to tell them all of the modalities this is, you're just going to name your method. So
140
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: here's an example.
141
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I help spiritual entrepreneurs and coaches amplify their message and attract abundance by being featured in a groundbreaking video. Anthology.
142
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: See very simple.
143
::April & Jay: Love it. I love it. It's that simple. Yeah, no, no more over complicating and no analysis. Paralysis. Let's go. You don't have to, you know, you don't have to be great to start. But you do have to start to be great. And that's all we need to think about. Yeah.
144
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Absolutely your unique offer shapes your message, which is key to standing out in a crowded marketplace and reimagining trends and creating something unique, opens up new opportunities and makes your work irresistible to your audience.
