And with us today is Vinaya, and he is the karmic awareness catalyst a spiritual advisor with an ability to receive psychic information which he uses to help you move forward in life. What he does is to help you to understand the energetic
2
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: outcome of your options in life, so that you can make better and more informed choices. Welcome to the show. It's really great to have you here.
3
::Satyam Vinaya: Thank you. Pleasure.
4
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So let's start with your story. How did you get where you're at?
5
::any and really tried hard for:6
::Satyam Vinaya: to be a German and fit
7
::Satyam Vinaya: at the same time I always knew. No, this is not it. This is not my life.
8
::Satyam Vinaya: And at about 20 I finally decided, Okay, I'm done. This doesn't work for me, and I went overland to India. I had a hard feeling of like an intuition. I need to go to India
9
::Satyam Vinaya: to find whatever I was looking for.
10
::Satyam Vinaya: So I traveled overland and stayed almost 10 years in India, met various masters, and
11
::Satyam Vinaya: got introduced into meditation. I'm 70 years old when I was young, and that word didn't even exist.
12
::Satyam Vinaya: So there was like a new experience as well.
13
::Satyam Vinaya: And then I stayed with one master and really started to work on myself and becoming free.
14
::Satyam Vinaya: Releasing all these programs I got when I grew up in Germany, which we all get, we get a program
15
::Satyam Vinaya: and finally really realized who I am.
16
::Satyam Vinaya: And that was an amazing adventure.
17
::Satyam Vinaya: and parallel to that I was since I was 16 years old.
18
::Satyam Vinaya: crystal free. I just fell in love with crystals, and it was just
19
::Satyam Vinaya: my love. And at the same time I also always had a different vision.
20
::Satyam Vinaya: I was always seeing behind the scene when things are happening, and and what.
21
::Satyam Vinaya: and then combined with learning Tarot. Eventually I came to really realize my gift.
22
::Satyam Vinaya: which is, with the help of crystals
23
::Satyam Vinaya: to see where the person is at.
24
::Satyam Vinaya: to get messages from their being, so to speak.
25
::Satyam Vinaya: I still don't quite know how it works, but I know it works. I do this for over 30 years now.
26
::Satyam Vinaya: and what comes out is their gifts, their challenges, how to empower
27
::Satyam Vinaya: themselves to be themselves, and to find that out more.
28
::Satyam Vinaya: And about yeah. Also, like, 25 years ago, I started coaching people
29
::Satyam Vinaya: with the help of a reading.
30
::Satyam Vinaya: That's what I said before, that's a reading, a crystal reading.
31
::Satyam Vinaya: and then I use readings at the beginning of a course to see where is the person at? What are the meditations or awareness exercises, or what
32
::Satyam Vinaya: what is needed for that person right now to do.
33
::Satyam Vinaya: be on the path, and finding themselves a little bit more, and
34
::Satyam Vinaya: after living so long, I'm 70 again and
35
::Satyam Vinaya: partied. I have all traveled, all did everything you could do up to the Bazoo
36
::Satyam Vinaya: about 15 years ago. It was really clear. The only thing left to do is help people to be
37
::Satyam Vinaya: in the same or similar space I am in, which is basically a fantastic life, adventure on planet Earth.
38
::Satyam Vinaya: No worries, no problems. Sometimes I make myself one, but then I become aware of it, and no, no need, because everything is fantastic.
39
::Satyam Vinaya: and I live myself, no matter what the outside tells me to do, doesn't work.
40
::Satyam Vinaya: because once you find yourself there is no going back.
41
::Satyam Vinaya: This is who I am.
42
::Satyam Vinaya: and we are all different. So there is no problem. If I'm not like this, or like that, or achieve like this, achieve this or achieve that, or become somebody.
43
::Satyam Vinaya: The only important person to become is myself.
44
::Satyam Vinaya: However, that looks.
45
::Satyam Vinaya: and my passion now for the last X amount of years, I'm not so sure is to help people reach that point
46
::Satyam Vinaya: so that we can all live in harmony.
47
::Satyam Vinaya: This is your life great. This is my life great, and we still can live together and
48
::Satyam Vinaya: enjoy this adventure on yours.
49
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It makes the world so much richer when we're all just allowed to be who we are, and not try to force ourselves to fall into the box or conform to what we were programmed to think that we had to do.
50
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm finding, as I'm not a spring chicken either.
51
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm turning 65 this year. So all right.
52
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's it's the process of of helping people get to the state of of feeling
53
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: empowered faster. And I think if we can do that with the generations that are coming up, it's like
54
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: how much richer this world will be.
55
::Satyam Vinaya: Would be. Now, it's already amazing. When I look around nature and what humans achieved. And all of that, it's like, Wow.
56
::Satyam Vinaya: when we get into the space where we really can live together, no matter the differences by finding ourselves accepting ourselves and therefore also accepting the others.
57
::Satyam Vinaya: All good.
58
::Satyam Vinaya: we will have an amazing planet. It's it's so rich, it's so abundant. It's so versatile. It's just amazing.
59
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah.
60
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: John Lennon wrote a song in the in the seventies. I'm sure you you remember it the Imagine song I recently
61
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I I recently went back and looked at those lyrics, and
62
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they hit me so hard it's like that's that's the world that I'm looking for, the one where there are no borders, and there's no reason for fighting, and
63
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: because you don't have to, and it's not so much about not having possessions as as recognizing that things are just things they don't define you.
64
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You could just like, hold them loosely, let them move around. Let other people have experiences with them. It's just like it's all energy, and it's just
65
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's all for entertainment.
66
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's not.
67
::Satyam Vinaya: As being oneself actually is. There's a certain challenge in it when one is just still and present.
68
::Satyam Vinaya: It's like the mind wants to do something.
69
::Satyam Vinaya: and we don't need anything, but the mind makes us
70
::Satyam Vinaya: wanting something which we don't have.
71
::Satyam Vinaya: And yeah, getting out of that hamster wheel.
72
::Satyam Vinaya: you know, going round and round and round and round
73
::Satyam Vinaya: is a choice we all have, but we need to make the choice. We need to become aware that
74
::Satyam Vinaya: what I've done so far. Maybe it was fun, and there's still something missing here.
75
::Satyam Vinaya: This is not really who I am and what I want to do.
76
::Satyam Vinaya: and then we need to take the courage to step out of the box, which is another story.
77
::Satyam Vinaya: I understand through experience and feedback from people that the real key to this store is awareness.
78
::Satyam Vinaya: So once I become aware that so far, not really what I wanted.
79
::Satyam Vinaya: When I'm aware of that, then I can take the courage to go into the unknown and
80
::Satyam Vinaya: find out what else is there. And I did that when I was 21 or 20,
81
::Satyam Vinaya: because there must have been something else, and it's an amazing journey.
82
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is an amazing journey. So how do you? How do you help people? Are? Are you a coach in the traditional way? Do you do one on one work? Do you do.
83
::Satyam Vinaya: I do one on one work as a coach and tradition. No,
84
::Satyam Vinaya: What I what I'm so happy to say is that Vinaya. Me!
85
::Satyam Vinaya: I don't know anything.
86
::Satyam Vinaya: I hardly know what's good for me, I mean I do. But it was a challenge to get there and actually listen to their voice.
87
::Satyam Vinaya: how would I on earth know something about you? There is no way.
88
::Satyam Vinaya: So I have a meditation, short little exercise, where I, Vinaya, steps aside.
89
::Satyam Vinaya: and I let the other person talk.
90
::Satyam Vinaya: Well, they're not talking, I talk, but there is a connection we connect energetically before, and then I find out what is important from that person itself, from its higher self, or
91
::Satyam Vinaya: the message come from existence? I really don't know. I just know. It works like a charm, and it's always right, for it always blows me away because my mind doesn't understand it.
92
::Satyam Vinaya: and sometimes also goes like, Hey, you can't say that.
93
::Satyam Vinaya: and it needs to be said. So it comes out. And I always have the reaction of like, Yeah, wow.
94
::Satyam Vinaya: So we look where you're at. And then what comes is what kind of exercises, what kind of meditations
95
::Satyam Vinaya: awareness helps to, to what that person needs to move on. And then we check in.
96
::Satyam Vinaya: That's like a twice a week connection, and then we check in. Then next week we have a short meeting again. See where we're at.
97
::Satyam Vinaya: see what's needed.
98
::Satyam Vinaya: and that goes on between depends on the person, what they really want, how much, how far they want to go
99
::Satyam Vinaya: between 4 and 8 weeks.
100
::Satyam Vinaya: And
101
::Satyam Vinaya: the results are amazing. It's it's because it doesn't come from me. That's the key I found. It's like, I don't know anything.
102
::Satyam Vinaya: but you know, not necessarily conscious. But you your being knows.
103
::Satyam Vinaya: And that speaks, and it's wonderful to experience people starting to glow and find happiness and
104
::Satyam Vinaya: have a better relation with their fellow people and the whole 9 yards what we are striving for
105
::Satyam Vinaya: to be ourselves, and that's.
106
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Say awareness comes first, st or meditation. And and how do they, those 2 really intersect.
107
::Satyam Vinaya: Okay, awareness comes first, st like, I say, I need to know that I'm miserable and that I want to get out of it. I can't have the decision or take the decision to say no. I like my misery. It's known, and I want to stay in there.
108
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There are some people that do choose that too.
109
::Satyam Vinaya: It's your choice, and that's absolutely fine with me. So when you make the decision to become more aware.
110
::Satyam Vinaya: then meditation and I need to explain a little bit about. That is the way.
111
::Satyam Vinaya: and all the masters through the ages they always point out, meditate, meditate, meditate.
112
::Satyam Vinaya: But what does it really mean
113
::Satyam Vinaya: we meditation. The state of meditation, of isness is absolute stillness.
114
::Satyam Vinaya: There is nothing happening, and around us everything is happening. But we are in a space of absolute stillness.
115
::Satyam Vinaya: and all the meditations we got from our masters through the ages
116
::Satyam Vinaya: are kind of tools to fake it till you make it.
117
::Satyam Vinaya: They have different variations of
118
::Satyam Vinaya: exercises, or trying to be still and observing, and this and that. But the thing is, we're still doing something.
119
::Satyam Vinaya: but it's like this. Fake it till we
120
::Satyam Vinaya: Suddenly have that experience of being, of being.
121
::Satyam Vinaya: And yes, the thoughts are there, the feelings are there, the body is there, the circus around us is there?
122
::Satyam Vinaya: But we are the observer, and in that space nothing happens. It's just an observation.
123
::Satyam Vinaya: and I'm not the body, mind, or feelings, or anything. I'm just an observer.
124
::Satyam Vinaya: and that gives an enormous amount of freedom. Just suddenly everything changes.
125
::Satyam Vinaya: Once I experience that, and then I can use it anytime when I remember.
126
::Satyam Vinaya: And it's actually very simple exercise
127
::Satyam Vinaya: when I'm becoming aware. And there's awareness again when I become aware that I'm okay, I'm sitting in Peru right now. But actually.
128
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm in Japan in my mind, and I'm totally in that theme.
129
::Satyam Vinaya: I become aware of that.
130
::Satyam Vinaya: Then I just become conscious of my breath
131
::Satyam Vinaya: how it goes in and out.
132
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm instantly out of the mind.
133
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm instantly present, and then I can
134
::Satyam Vinaya: respond from that space and be present and
135
::Satyam Vinaya: observe and be in absolute stillness?
136
::Satyam Vinaya: Does that make sense.
137
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It makes total sense, and it brings up a question that
138
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I sometimes think about in terms of.
139
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've traveled extensively in when I was younger. And
140
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and so I'm I'm often like, I.
141
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Part of me is like, Yeah, I want to go do this again. But part of me is like, well, you don't actually have to go there.
142
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You could just be there, and you know it saves wear and tear on
143
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: making your arrangements and stuff. I mean you. You can, through meditation, do and be anything you want, and in the moment
144
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it.
145
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, you can, and I love to go a little bit deeper
146
::Satyam Vinaya: when I do something in meditation. Imagine something.
147
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm doing something.
148
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm not the observer.
149
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Right.
150
::Satyam Vinaya: It's if I want to do something, it comes
151
::Satyam Vinaya: out of this space of stillness
152
::Satyam Vinaya: because I don't have any idea where I'm going, what I'm doing, how long or anything. I'm still around the world. I'm 2 years there 5 years there and then just let's see where the wind brings me
153
::Satyam Vinaya: what it does when I'm not.
154
::Satyam Vinaya: When Vinaya is not doing something he wants to go to.
155
::Satyam Vinaya: He wants to go to Spain.
156
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Right.
157
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, I can do that, and I create that.
158
::Satyam Vinaya: and only when it comes out of awareness and not out of my mind for some desire.
159
::Satyam Vinaya: And then suddenly, I have no more goals. I have. Nothing is needed.
160
::Satyam Vinaya: There's nothing to achieve except just to live in the moment, and then the flow happens.
161
::Satyam Vinaya: So I'm not necessarily listening to my mind.
162
::Satyam Vinaya: Sometimes I fall in the trap. No worries about that, but then I become aware again.
163
::Satyam Vinaya: boom. I'm out of my mind, and then I feel, is that really what
164
::Satyam Vinaya: feels good, that I'm going to Spain right now?
165
::Satyam Vinaya: So I asked my heart heart. I am in Spain right now. How does that feel?
166
::Satyam Vinaya: And I get a feeling, and I act or respond to that feeling.
167
::Satyam Vinaya: and then let my mind figure out how to do it.
168
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes.
169
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Do. Do you ever get to the point where it's just like
170
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's enough that your heart's feeling those feels
171
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at the moment where you don't actually have to do the thing.
172
::Satyam Vinaya: I can always have the yes, I can always decide. No, I'm not listening.
173
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah. And I learned, like, when I started off to India. It was my heart.
174
::Satyam Vinaya: You go to India now.
175
::Satyam Vinaya: even though arguments were like gazillions against it. You need to work when you're old, what you're going to do, and all this good stuff, and
176
::Satyam Vinaya: was like, Well, I figure out when I'm old, what I'm going to do right now. I go to India.
177
::Satyam Vinaya: and that's always followed my heart.
178
::Satyam Vinaya: not always, most of the time.
179
::Satyam Vinaya: and learned. If I do not follow
180
::Satyam Vinaya: things happen which are not necessarily in my highest good. I break my arm, or I have an accident, or I'm with my bike in town, and the key is in my house like 20 miles away, because I didn't listen
181
::Satyam Vinaya: to this instinct, this feeling, this gut feeling, because that is always right. That's my experience for the last
182
::Satyam Vinaya: 50 years of listening.
183
::Satyam Vinaya: and then, sometimes not listening, and then falling on the nose, and like, Oh, yeah, you knew.
184
::Satyam Vinaya: But you were stubborn.
185
::Satyam Vinaya: So all the actions are coming out of, not out of our mind.
186
::Satyam Vinaya: but out of our heart, out of our gut feeling.
187
::Satyam Vinaya: I don't know if that answered your question, but that's where it kind of led to, because
188
::Satyam Vinaya: really the aim is to be present without any.
189
::Satyam Vinaya: Isaiah.
190
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah, I think.
191
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's where I was getting at is the the being present in the moment, and not having.
192
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We all have desires about things that
193
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you know, our brain says, Hey, that might be a good idea, or that might be fun, like going to Spain. That might be fun, and you sit with it that
194
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: my own experience with meditation is that I I can actually
195
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: have that experience of being in Spain without actually having to go to Spain. And sometimes that's enough for me. It's like, I don't know that I want to do all of the things that my brain is going to tell me. I have to do in order to make that
196
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: a physical 3D. Experience for me.
197
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah.
198
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I could just. I could just enjoy the experience that I can have in in the present moment of
199
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: of being there and knowing what that would be.
200
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, it's interesting, because I never had the desire to be in my mind somewhere else.
201
::Satyam Vinaya: And I guess the reason is that
202
::Satyam Vinaya: there is so much right now where I'm at. I don't need to go anywhere else. So this desire for my mind never really came up.
203
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah, not that I remember or held on to it.
204
::Satyam Vinaya: It's like every day, once or twice.
205
::Satyam Vinaya: sometimes more often I just pause
206
::Satyam Vinaya: and see what's amazingly amazing is around me in all what I have.
207
::Satyam Vinaya: Specifically, I'm alive. And I can experience this.
208
::Satyam Vinaya: It's such a fulfillment and so much gratefulness that there's nothing else needed.
209
::Satyam Vinaya: And if I will figure that out at the point when something else seems to be needed.
210
::Satyam Vinaya: but it has to come from my intuition or my heart, and not by much.
211
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That makes total sense to me. I just yeah.
212
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So why is it better to listen to our intuition than
213
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to listen to? Or maybe our
214
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what our brain's telling us, or what other people are telling us, which is more commonly the experience that we have. And how do you do that. How do you just sit and
215
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: hear from your intuition.
216
::Satyam Vinaya: Okay,
217
::Satyam Vinaya: So the 1st part was, how do I get out of this mindset? Right?
218
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know more like, how do you listen to your intuition, and how.
219
::Satyam Vinaya: Okay.
220
::Satyam Vinaya: Well, for once the understanding came that
221
::Satyam Vinaya: the mind only works from the past.
222
::Satyam Vinaya: If I have not been to Spain, the mind has no clue whatsoever.
223
::Satyam Vinaya: how and whatever is going to happen, or how that is, it always works from the past.
224
::Satyam Vinaya: So why would I listen to it, because it doesn't know
225
::Satyam Vinaya: the mind is really great for repairing a car
226
::Satyam Vinaya: or figuring out how to make the money.
227
::Satyam Vinaya: Practically, once my heart tells me this is my job.
228
::Satyam Vinaya: and to to get there and to do what I want to do.
229
::Satyam Vinaya: So that understanding was like also key for me.
230
::Satyam Vinaya: And then it's 50 years of experience of listening to my heart, and I have an enormously fantastic life with gazillions of adventures like
231
::Satyam Vinaya: I would have never, ever dreamt
232
::Satyam Vinaya: to have a life like this when I was young.
233
::Satyam Vinaya: It's like, Wow, and that's following my intuition. So once I learn to trust that
234
::Satyam Vinaya: I don't really have a choice.
235
::Satyam Vinaya: and the challenge sometimes is, or often is, like, what is my heart saying, or how do I perceive it?
236
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And yes, we are all different. Some people hear some people see, some people feel.
237
::Satyam Vinaya: There's always different ways. How our intuition, how our heart, our higher being, communicates with us.
238
::Satyam Vinaya: and what I learned is the very, very 1st thing which counts.
239
::Satyam Vinaya: and a split second later. The mind is there.
240
::Satyam Vinaya: But one needs to learn to. For me. It's like certain taste of the thought.
241
::Satyam Vinaya: kind of like a certainty where I know it's not my mind. I know it's my my knowing
242
::Satyam Vinaya: my being telling me to do this or that.
243
::Satyam Vinaya: It's a practice.
244
::Satyam Vinaya: and what might be helpful is also to practice it in a certain way which I actually love.
245
::Satyam Vinaya: So you want to have a coffee?
246
::Satyam Vinaya: The mind says, Oh, let's have a coffee or a chocolate, or whatever.
247
::Satyam Vinaya: So okay, I close my eyes. I breathe, become conscious how my breath goes in and out part.
248
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm having a coffee right now. How does that feel?
249
::Satyam Vinaya: And I get a feeling?
250
::Satyam Vinaya: Art. I'm in Spain right now. How does that feel?
251
::Satyam Vinaya: I get a feeling, and I act accordingly.
252
::Satyam Vinaya: And I've heard scientifically that the heart, for some reason, has the ability
253
::Satyam Vinaya: to go into the quantum field of possibilities
254
::Satyam Vinaya: where I am actually in Spain right now, and brings back the feeling of that experience.
255
::Satyam Vinaya: So it's a little bit of a
256
::Satyam Vinaya: remembrance process. Whoops! Oh, my light went down
257
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Totally unexpected Experience.
258
::Satyam Vinaya: Now I'm so dark. Oh.
259
::Satyam Vinaya: and what just comes is like also like with all these things.
260
::Satyam Vinaya: it is very helpful not to take anything serious because it's not.
261
::Satyam Vinaya: It's a cosmic joke, what we are doing here, and if we can laugh at ourselves
262
::Satyam Vinaya: and what's going on around us.
263
::Satyam Vinaya: makes it so much more halibu palibu.
264
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Palatable.
265
::Satyam Vinaya: Add to both than totally being influenced staying in our center. And it's not serious
266
::Satyam Vinaya: doesn't matter if I get to Spain tomorrow or in 2 weeks. I know I'm going, you know, or
267
::Satyam Vinaya: I know I need to leave Ecuador. We lived there for 9 years. It was clear it's done
268
::Satyam Vinaya: no clue where to go, looking with the mind at different possibilities, didn't give an answer.
269
::Satyam Vinaya: So what I do is okay. I only know I want to leave. I have no clue where, so I'm just waiting and having a good time.
270
::Satyam Vinaya: And then someday suddenly, Costa Rica!
271
::Satyam Vinaya: So that's it.
272
::Satyam Vinaya: It's it's actually easy, but not taking it seriously. There's like.
273
::Satyam Vinaya: for me, at least, there's nowhere to go. There's nothing to achieve
274
::Satyam Vinaya: except just to be and celebrate this amazing adventure
275
::Satyam Vinaya: and seeing people stepping into that space is blissful.
276
::Satyam Vinaya: That's why I'm doing crystal readings and help with coaching.
277
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I like that a lot. I think it's a a part of the experience of being present
278
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: allows you to
279
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: opens up an awareness factor that, and I know I recognize it all starts with awareness. But being present and looking
280
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at
281
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what's happening around you, and being detached from it a little bit allows you to recognize things that if you're really busy all the time, and you don't take that time, you miss.
282
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like you can't just think that I'm I don't want to live in Ecuador anymore. And
283
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and then you start on your
284
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: your mind does all the things like. Oh, so we need to get all organized and figure out where we're going to go and how we're going to do it. And all those pieces that's that's the norm normal, I say, with quotes method. But if you can allow yourself to just be present, knowing that okay, our time here is done. This is coming to a close. I'm curious.
285
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I wonder what the universe has in store for me.
286
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and just be open to allowing it to present itself.
287
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And and then, if it.
288
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: My philosophy has always been, if it comes easy it was meant to be. If I have to push the snowball up the hill.
289
::Satyam Vinaya: Don't have any.
290
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I just need to to walk away, because that's not what's supposed to be happening for me.
291
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes.
292
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you know I've pushed a lot of snowballs up hills. It's not fun
293
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it, and they just get harder and harder as you get closer to the top. It's like
294
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm telling you you're not supposed to be doing this. Get the message. But if, just being present.
295
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, yes, and we will find out when we get to the top shit.
296
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hate this.
297
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah, right?
298
::Satyam Vinaya: Just kidding. Yeah.
299
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah. And yeah, so like, the whole
300
::Satyam Vinaya: existence here just revolves about around awareness, presence and non-detachment.
301
::Satyam Vinaya: I'm not angry. There's anger. I'm observing it.
302
::Satyam Vinaya: There's pain, but I'm not in pain
303
::Satyam Vinaya: because I can observe it, so I have to be outside that
304
::Satyam Vinaya: I have to be separate from it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see it so
305
::Satyam Vinaya: absolute freedom. And we all can reach that. It just takes a little bit of courage and awareness that, yeah.
306
::Satyam Vinaya: yeah, maybe it's time to find something else, because this didn't do it.
307
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And getting help really can shorten that. Learning
308
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that learning curve and and talking to somebody like you, who has been on the journey and and knows the ins and outs, and knows where your mind's going to be like.
309
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No, no, don't do that.
310
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: because our minds do that to us, you know, especially when you're 1st starting out on this path. It's like, I remember when I 1st started meditating, which honestly, wasn't all that long ago, but 3 min was like.
311
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that is
312
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: well, I can't sit here for 3 min. It would be a minute and a half, and I'm thinking.
313
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: are we done yet, and now I can sit down, and you know an hour and a half goes by, and I'm like.
314
::Satyam Vinaya: What have?
315
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like 5 sick.
316
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's.
317
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, yes.
318
::Satyam Vinaya: and with this awareness, exercise, and like meditating like, I'm not a very actually, I'm absolutely not disciplined.
319
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I never actually managed to.
320
::Satyam Vinaya: Do a 1 h, hour and a half meditation every day for 10 or 15 years I did some courses where it was like a week or 3 weeks.
321
::Satyam Vinaya: where every day there was a meditation
322
::Satyam Vinaya: besides that, this awareness exercise of just becoming present with my breath.
323
::Satyam Vinaya: I can do anywhere in the bath, in the bathroom, cooking, walking in the bus.
324
::Satyam Vinaya: I just can always just drop in and be in meditation and.
325
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Comes from practicing in the beginning and understanding, because it takes a minute to figure out what that feeling is, and it really is more of a feeling than anything else
326
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to be present, and that is in to me in itself the meditation.
327
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes.
328
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like that point.
329
::Satyam Vinaya: Yes, exactly. It's like all this, other stuff is great.
330
::Satyam Vinaya: and it's a tool which says, Fake it till you make it, because at 1 point.
331
::Satyam Vinaya: Wow!
332
::Satyam Vinaya: This is it.
333
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then we know how it tastes, and then we can.
334
::Satyam Vinaya: Step back into the space anytime. We become aware that we are not in that space yep
335
::Satyam Vinaya: and it goes faster and faster and stays longer and longer. And yeah.
336
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Your life is more and more enjoyable, but.
337
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah.
338
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Stop trying to control everything.
339
::Satyam Vinaya: It's like, relax. You are not in control.
340
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you don't have to be. It's it's going to turn out.
341
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: However, it's going to turn out, and it could be exciting.
342
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It will be exciting.
343
::Satyam Vinaya: It is exciting when we are present, and because, like also, like suddenly, things are happening where you're like, Whoa.
344
::Satyam Vinaya: I never expected that. And it's really amazing. And it's like woo.
345
::Satyam Vinaya: And maybe one thing which helps might help people is
346
::Satyam Vinaya: okay. Out of my experience. I've tried really hard to make sense out of life and understand this.
347
::Satyam Vinaya: At 1 point I just gave up
348
::Satyam Vinaya: because my mind can't get go there.
349
::Satyam Vinaya: And then I heard that this is a quote from Osho.
350
::Satyam Vinaya: Life does not need to be understood. It is a mystery. It needs to be lived.
351
::Satyam Vinaya: and that again also gave an enormous amount of relaxations. I don't need to understand why I'm breaking my leg. I only know I have a broken leg finish story.
352
::Satyam Vinaya: and then I move on or let move on.
353
::Satyam Vinaya: I don't understand it, and I can't.
354
::Satyam Vinaya: I mean.
355
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The purpose to understanding it.
356
::Satyam Vinaya: There's no purpose to it, because
357
::Satyam Vinaya: we still don't live it, because we're so in our mind trying to figure out what the heck is going on.
358
::Satyam Vinaya: whereas, like, there's no way people tried for like what? 500,000 years to figure that out.
359
::Satyam Vinaya: No answer.
360
::Satyam Vinaya: Oops.
361
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah.
362
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah.
363
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah. Go for it.
364
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Go ahead!
365
::Satyam Vinaya: No, it's just ho! Saying that my prayer is that all of us.
366
::Satyam Vinaya: and step into this kind of space, and being this and being themselves yes.
367
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So how do people get in touch with you? To to learn how to work with you, or to experience what you teach?
368
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How does that look.
369
::Satyam Vinaya: Basically, go to my website. Read about me. You heard a lot about me right now, anyways
370
::Satyam Vinaya: book a session, either a reading or a coaching program, whereas I would say first, st the reading would be beneficial.
371
::Satyam Vinaya: See what we can do if we can do something, because not that often. But it happens that I have to say, well, first, st you need to do
372
::Satyam Vinaya: blah blah like promo release, for example, is a big one.
373
::Satyam Vinaya: because we all have big traumas. And sometimes it's so severe that I have to say, 1st work on that
374
::Satyam Vinaya: before you can go on.
375
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah. And then we go from there. So my website is a good way to connect with me. And I have a Facebook page. And what's that called Instagram.
376
::Satyam Vinaya: which I'm pretty lazy on it, anyways.
377
::Satyam Vinaya: And yeah, that would be the easiest way.
378
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This has been an amazing conversation. I've really enjoyed chatting with you. What's the one thing that you hope the audience takes away from our conversation today?
379
::Satyam Vinaya: Yeah, and the courage or the knowing that if this dude from Germany 50 years ago, started on a journey and can do it, I can do it
380
::Satyam Vinaya: so.
381
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it's too late to start.
382
::Satyam Vinaya: No, no, definitely, not because it can also.
383
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Sign up!
384
::Satyam Vinaya: The second.
385
::Satyam Vinaya: It can take years, and it can take just being like
386
::Satyam Vinaya: one exercise, and suddenly, like woo.
387
::Satyam Vinaya: So it depends on you, and I hope I see you.
388
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Thanks for joining me.
389
::Satyam Vinaya: Thank you, sweetheart.
