6

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, so are you ready for the big question.

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: okay, what's the most significant thing in your opinion, as individuals, we can do to make an impact on how the world is going.

8

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Heal our traumas and our hurts, and clear ancestral karma, and vows.

9

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that, because no matter what you're doing until you get

10

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: those taken care of, you're just like the sludge on the bottom of the container, dragging us all down.

11

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, yes.

12

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So

13

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: how can people who've experienced trauma? And really there's not one of us who hasn't experienced some sort of trauma in our lives, and you know

14

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we may think we're healed. But there's always something right.

15

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So how do they start their their journey? Where? Where would you suggest? They begin.

16

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So the the system that I I use. I work through the chakras.

17

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So I I start with the root.

18

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and I tell my my clients things like I'm pulling up the roots.

19

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: This you, your trauma, is a tree, and I am going for the roots and the roots is the stability, and you know the comfort and all of that stuff safety, though safety, and then move up. So I would say, learn chakras and what they mean and what they stand for, because those little sensations in your body they're not butterflies.

20

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: They're they're they're your chakras, letting you know

21

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: something is good. Something is awry. Something is amiss. Something's going to, you know. Break down your stability, whatever it is. You know you shouldn't be around someone getting headaches, things like that. So

22

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I would suggest starting there. And then find a coach who can help you work through those systems.

23

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If for somebody that really doesn't know much about Chakras, what.

24

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How? How would you tell them that they could

25

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: tune into them for lack of a better way of putting it.

26

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So one of the things that we have been taught to doubt is our intuition, that gut feeling that pain in the stomach, that oh, I think I ate something that upset me. But in fact, you're around company who doesn't like you.

27

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Start tuning into that space. Pay attention

28

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: to the sensations in your body.

29

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: As you go about your day. So if you walk in your job and you get a headache instantly

30

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: every morning, it's not the right space for you if you meet a significant other.

31

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And you think you're getting butterflies, honey, that's not butterflies.

32

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Those are your chakras screaming. Get out. Something is wrong.

33

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But that intuition, that gut feeling, and that's where it's located right in your gut.

34

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Don't ever deny that that's the 1st step. Do not ever deny what you feel. There.

35

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I.

36

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I have experienced a lot of these things myself, and I can. I've always been pretty intuitive, but

37

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I have gone through periods in my life like a lot of us where we just like. Deny it.

38

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Nope can't be that. And then we have the medical community that likes to help us. You know my stomach hurts. So you go to the doctor. My stomach hurts. It's been hurting, it's been hurting, and they tell you either it's all in your head.

39

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, they're probably closer, because it's really all in your body.

40

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: At least they're they're they're getting the idea that it's not.

41

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's not physical yet.

42

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But it does become physical, like.

43

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I I had an experience. I lost my gallbladder because I ignored

44

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the pain in my stomach, which was my

45

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: my intuition, telling me something was wrong. Something's wrong. You need to do something about this situation, but I was just like and then, you know, it gets so bad your body has to do something to really get your attention, to make you change something.

46

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, I went through the same thing.

47

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I went through the I get it, I get it. I ignored those, you know. Pains in the stuff. It was the spaghetti sauce. Oh, I shouldn't have eaten something fried. No, no, I should have gone and and sought help.

48

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: but the medical community is good at at not only pacifying or or or

49

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: you know, it's all in your head, but handing out hills like they're tic tacs.

50

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: If everyone here knows what a tic tac is. I don't even know if people eat those anymore.

51

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But it's like candy. They they hand out pills like they're candy and those pills numb

52

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: those chakras, those warning systems, those signals, those signs versus

53

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: treating the root of the problem.

54

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And often the root of the problem is, there is something trying to come up that needs to be healed.

55

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Allowing us to have space to heal those things. I you know, we get so busy.

56

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you know, really going to the doctors like, we wanna

57

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: push off responsibility for what we're feeling to somebody else and have them just like.

58

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: give us some magic that's going to make us feel better, and if if you go into the doctor with that in your in your head, then it's like

59

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we we want to pass off responsibility for our diets or for listening to our bodies. And you know that goes back to your diet. You know. What is your body really asking for? It's probably not that soda pop in your fridge.

60

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you know, or those Doritos.

61

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Or the cheap. I was about to say about the chips.

62

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, yeah.

63

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you. Those might be habitual things that you go for when you're feeling this way, whatever way that is. But they're not really going to help you.

64

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And until you can make some space and stop being so busy, even if it means, you know, maybe you just need to go, lay down on your bed and take a nap.

65

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's no taken a nap.

66

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Soften your body's way of saying, just slow down, slow down!

67

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let me talk to you for a minute, or your spirit guides, or whatever you wanna

68

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: whoever you talk to.

69

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I agree.

70

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I agree something else that society has wonderfully done with women is placed Us in survival masculine, energy

71

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and it removed our power, and because, as women, we are meant to receive, flow and multiply.

72

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: we are not meant to work work, work. We are supposed to ask unreceived. That's it.

73

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And and doesn't that it sounds so simple, right? It's like you're just saying, ask and receive, you know. But

74

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: it's the truth.

75

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: If you think about goddesses in Egypt?

76

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: They just sat, and people from all over

77

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: fresh beetle shells for eyeshadow. You know I brought you camphor. I brought you this I brought you incense made from this herb, or whatever

78

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: they just allowed themselves to be.

79

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and when you just allow yourself to be.

80

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: you can hear those warning signals

81

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: you can put your finger on what's wrong in your body, and

82

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: you're not worn out all the time

83

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: trying to run to the doctor to get a happy pill.

84

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So.

85

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Or slowed down by the the reason.

86

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The consequences of taking those.

87

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Exactly.

88

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Those drugs. And you know, it's not just the drugs from the from the doctors, either. There's like

89

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: drugs that people take to just cope with life. Not necessarily legal. In all States. Or countries.

90

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And.

91

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's alcohol. Another thing that you know, people, people.

92

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And we're food.

93

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Our food. Yeah.

94

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: In the Us.

95

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Our food, and from a innocuous things like bread.

96

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Bread is killing us. Grains are all sprayed with glyphosates, which is roundup.

97

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's a roundup, ready seeds. Monsanto, like about

98

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: 30 or 40 years ago, really started into

99

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: messing with our food supply to the point where it's.

100

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I wonder if there will be future generations.

101

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at least in this country, because so many people are are ignorant about food in general.

102

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes.

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And what it's doing to us. And there.

104

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I'm talking primarily about reproductive women.

105

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because if you don't eat nutritious food while real food, while you're gestating a new life.

106

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: those kids are gonna be at a disadvantage. And then we, you know.

107

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: decided it's really important that we

108

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: administer poison to them right after they're born in various forms. But.

109

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Hmm.

110

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This is my opinion.

111

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I think we share it.

112

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I think we should.

113

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And all these things work to develop trauma in in the next generation. And we've all undergone trauma ourselves from, you know. It's not that people

114

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: parents in particular try to be, you know.

115

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: any way but loving, I mean, how can you not be loving towards a baby when when you

116

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and and.

117

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: You're.

118

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, we were wired to love our children, and but every one of us has been

119

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: traumatized somewhere along the line, either with our parents or with

120

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: are around us, and it usually happens in like the 1st 6 or 7 years, and

121

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: most of us don't even remember how it happened. We just know that there's something something that's not right.

122

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: That was there.

123

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That was there.

124

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Exactly.

125

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: It's yeah.

126

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How do people? How do you work with people in terms of like?

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How does that look? Do you do groups? Do you do one on one, do you?

128

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I actually do both. So I do one on one coaching. I have 3 clients now, 3 openings. But I also do things like workshops and webinars so like. For example, right now. And I repeat, this class

129

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: multiple times a year, 4 to 6 times a year.

130

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: on narcissistic abuse and recovery.

131

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Because people don't realize that stays in your body, it changes your brain, it stays in your body.

132

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: It changes your thought process, and until you get someone who understands all of it

133

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: to guide you through it, you cannot

134

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: heal from being with a narcissist without addressing all of it.

135

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you don't even have to be married to one.

136

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: -

137

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You can. My father-in-law was a narcissist.

138

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And.

139

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: He was a closet narcissist, which are.

140

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: They're the.

141

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: My ex-boyfriend was one.

142

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: They are the most insidious people.

143

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And so I lost my gallbladder.

144

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: He lived with us, and for like 18 years, and I kept denying that it was a problem, because, you know, I always felt like, you know, you should take care of your parents.

145

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and he was my husband's dad.

146

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But it it wasn't, and I really didn't understand narcissism all that much. But the gaslighting.

147

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You come to think it's you.

148

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes.

149

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's that's the thing about the narcissist is you think it's you? That's the problem.

150

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you keep trying to do things to make it not be that way.

151

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes.

152

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: To be like super mean things. It's just the consistent little.

153

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Tearing away.

154

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Tearing away. And the it's it's the making. You think that

155

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: question yourself to question whether you actually really

156

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: are are wrong all the time.

157

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: my, my ex-boyfriend,

158

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: my old therapist said he checked every box for covert narcissism

159

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and in fact, I tried to take my life from that relationship.

160

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Which is why I read these.

161

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Twice.

162

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Class.

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Did commit suicide.

164

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Oh, my dear.

165

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: My husband's mom committed suicide years ago before I met him.

166

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So it's like 30 years ago now, 35 years ago. But yeah.

167

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: It's because.

168

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: When I say it wasn't an issue, it was.

169

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: No one knows what's going on. No one believes you. You're just isolated, you're

170

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: torn down. You were belittled, berated, and and and the way I explain it is. He took my soul.

171

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: He chipped and chipped and chipped away until my soul was gone.

172

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So I made it a point

173

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: after I found the healing modalities I used.

174

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: To.

175

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Go out here and educate.

176

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay.

177

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And teach

178

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: women how to heal men. Men are abused, too. I don't want to get caught by that community men are abused to, and I understand that. But my purpose, my personal purpose and calling.

179

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: is for our women.

180

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So yes, I teach the narcissist recovery blueprint 4 to 6 times a year. I just put on the heal her summit. A global movement for survivors of abuse. But

181

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: we've got another one coming up. Rise and reclaim, ignite your soul, and live courageously in your truth.

182

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I cannot wait for that one and

183

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That one.

184

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, yes, it's the. It's the next step up. You know. We're teaching you how to heal. We give you healing modalities. You've got all these freebies and things that you can use to

185

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: begin your journey. And now we're going to teach you how to rise from it, because people always ask me, okay, you healed. But how did you do this?

186

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So that was the next step.

187

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that. It's so important that we not just once you recognize that you're in whole

188

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: 1st rule of hole digging is to stop digging, but you got to climb out, and once you get up on the top, then what it's like

189

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: move forward.

190

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Get away!

191

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That hole there anymore. And and there, there's ways to really

192

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: figure out who you are and what your purpose is. And it's not to be like the punching bag for somebody who has their own trauma work that didn't get done. And so they're

193

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they're causing pain for other people.

194

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Which is.

195

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know.

196

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: It's crazy. I tell people, even in my Tiktok community, I say, my past is back there. I don't ever look back there.

197

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hmm.

198

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Now, if you're back there.

199

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I will reach my hand back for you and pull you up to where I am, but I will never turn my head

200

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: to look back there, because my past was not

201

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: some horrible lesson because I was an evil person.

202

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: My past was a series of tests

203

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and things to prepare me and propel me into my purpose.

204

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I don't, as someone who has gone through heinous trauma.

205

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I was.

206

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: May I speak freely?

207

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay.

208

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Trigger warning, brutally raped by my father. At 10

209

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: my 5th grade teacher laughed at me when I told her the next day, impregnated by him at 15,

210

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: went and lived in the New York City group. Home system, emancipated, married

211

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: a Deacon narcissist, just like my father, then married another Deacon narcissist, who was abusive in a different way, just like my father.

212

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And then I met the end. All feel the biggest monster at the end of the video game.

213

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and that's where I tried to end my life. But but

214

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: what happened in that in-between when I was asleep that changed everything

215

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: when I was in the in-between, the void, the ancestors, realm, whatever you want to name it right.

216

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: My stepfather and my mother were waiting for me.

217

::dn't seen my stepfather since:

218

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I'm excited because finally the pain is gone.

219

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I'm not worthless anymore. I'm not unlovable anymore. I'm not unnecessary anymore. I'm not a failure anymore.

220

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I'm with mommy and Daddy.

221

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: My daddy had his head down. Daddy never told me. No.

222

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: so he had his head down, and he goes. No boom, boom! It's not time.

223

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And I walked over to my mother, and my mother's a Leo. Okay.

224

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: People are waiting for you. She's not listening to a word I'm saying. I am rambling, mommy. Please let me stay.

225

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: People are waiting for you.

226

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: You have a purpose, and it begins now, and she pushes me back into my 3D body.

227

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Now I didn't wake up with that memory. Unfortunately.

228

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: They kind of masked it for a little while

229

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I woke up thinking, Wow, he's right about you. You can't do anything right. You couldn't even do this right.

230

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I don't know who saved me. I don't know how I got to the hospital. I don't know what the hospital did to save me. I can only tell you 2 things. I know they didn't do.

231

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Nothing's clear. The records are not clear.

232

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and it's because my mother says it's not for me to know.

233

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: but what I do know is, 8 months later.

234

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: when I moved into my apartment.

235

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: my mother's voice got so loud I couldn't sleep.

236

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and I would be sitting outside. I'm in Washington, DC. It was wintertime. I'd be sitting outside all night scrying

237

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: all night journals and journals and journals subscribe.

238

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and what she was doing was in tandem with the spiritual

239

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: coaching, the Rtt. Hypnotherapy, the energy clearings, the dark night of the soul clearings, the reiki sessions that I was going through.

240

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: She was getting the yuck up, and now

241

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: in February of last year, she says, it's time to use your voice, and my mother and I have a comical relationship. We don't have one of those. You have to always be serious and scared.

242

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I said to do what.

243

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: What are we doing?

244

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And I open Facebook? I'm not even in a podcasting community yet.

245

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And there's a call for A, podcast. And I'm like, ha! Ha! Funny lady! Funny!

246

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I haven't shut up since, and I won't.

247

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: There are too many women out here

248

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: that need to know how valuable they are, how beautiful they are, and that they could make it to the other side. Now am I fully healed? No, we will never

249

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: be fully healed, but all of that hurt, and that yuck

250

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: when a situation arises. Now I know where to put it.

251

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I know how to handle it. I give myself the space and the permission, the compassion

252

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: to work through it and move on.

253

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And it sounds again so simple.

254

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But

255

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: that's what happens to those of us who have done that grueling. I'm awake all night. I can't sleep. I can't do this in the back, you know, with the shower running in the bathtub. I can't do this. I can't.

256

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Those of us that have been through those moments.

257

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: We just know how to handle things differently.

258

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Nothing is birthed without a lot of blood and pain ever.

259

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And the awakening is is that way for all of us. It there's just like

260

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you're going to go through something. It's going to be

261

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: difficult. But you don't have to do it alone.

262

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There are people like you out there that are like here. I'll be your midwife.

263

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes, hold your hand. I'll

264

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: show you the process. I'll be there for you as you go through it. Everybody has to go through the process themselves. It's not like somebody can do it for you, which is, you know, we complain about the medical community, for because

265

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they make all these promises, but they don't actually know how to do this. And it's why you know the workshops that you have the group coaching that you do, and even the one on one coaching. For you know, people that really need extra help. And you know, you know who you are.

266

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If you're if you're listening to this, and you're like, Oh, God, I just. I really need somebody that can show me the the path to at least, you know, start taking steps on.

267

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And that's that's when you need to reach out to Twana and get get connected to her.

268

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, sorry. Great.

269

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So you offer a a free 6 6th cents.

270

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Journey.

271

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Journal. It's actually a 6 cent. 6th sense journal.

272

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, yes, yes.

273

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I don't know why. That's like all the the, and sit together like a little little tough for my tongue this morning. But, you want to talk about that a little bit, and and how how it will help people to kind of come to

274

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: a place where they feel like they can start moving forward and healing.

275

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Well, it's got prompts and questions in it that really make you reflect on your senses, because remember, that's what we talked about. In the beginning the senses.

276

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Alright!

277

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And so it helps you connect to self.

278

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: We are so disconnected from ourselves

279

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: because of all of these devices

280

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and things that we have all over our house.

281

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: that sometimes we have to learn to put them down and grab

282

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: a pen and a piece of paper.

283

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and begin to do some actual work.

284

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: That's a distraction.

285

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: the journalist work. So it's got prompts and engaging things in it that help you to not only awaken your 5 senses, but that 6 1, that intuition.

286

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: it helps you to tap into that

287

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: which will then let you know whether or not you're safe.

288

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Whether or not you're okay. Whether or not you're in danger.

289

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Things like that. So that's that's why I created that journal.

290

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that.

291

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And so how can people find you and find your your offers?

292

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You have a stand store, correct.

293

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, I have a stand store. Everything is black butterfly goddess on all social media platforms, and my website address is blackbutterflygoddess.com. I am in the midst of literally in the middle of going from one

294

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: website developer to another. So I've I've been working away between meetings to get that up and running.

295

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But that'll be back up and running in the next couple of days. My website is blackbutterflygodess.com.

296

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's perfect. And there was another website called Heal her.biz is that.

297

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes, those are the events. Yes, it is. Yes, it is, and that will have the information for the Rise summit. The landing page, for that is already in there. That'll go live later today. But it also will contain things like the workshops that I do so like. For example, the narcissistic abuse workshop that I do

298

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: as well as any others. I I discuss all things

299

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: like how to connect to your ancestors how to clear ancestral karma, how to honor your ancestors, what is generational trauma? And how do you heal it?

300

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: I had to learn how to heal that and believe it or not, my children, were the mirror.

301

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: So

302

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: you know, we we also do things like that. We have fun events sometimes. Not not all just work. You know we do annual vision board parties. The only

303

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: catch is you're not allowed to put a date on it a year. Nothing.

304

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: and it has to be the biggest, best version of your life that you could ever imagine.

305

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: And yeah, we we don't do dates, and and it's got to be the best life you could imagine. We're not talking about air fryers and things like that. And unless you want a custom built in the wall, or something like that.

306

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: But we we have quite a few events. Yeah.

307

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The more potential you have in life. And you know you.

308

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've been there at the very bottom where it's just like, no, that's not. That's just a pipe dream, but I am. I'm on the other side, and I can tell you you know, all you have to do is put it out there.

309

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: as you said in the beginning, as women we ask, and we receive.

310

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Yes.

311

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So ask big girlfriend. We need it.

312

::

Black Butterfly Goddess: Exactly. Exactly. I love that.
