Hi and welcome to the You World Order Showcase podcast. Today we have with us Mindy Huebner. She's the go to mindset Mastery coach on a mission to help you show up for yourself in a way you never have before. Welcome to the show, Mindy. It's so nice to have you here.

::

It's lovely to be here. Thank you.

::

So tell us all about you.

::

What are you doing? How?

::

You doing it? What's your story?

::

What am I doing? How am I doing it? I am rewiring and reprogramming subconscious one amazing high achieving woman in business.

::

At a time I am doing it with all kinds of techniques and.

::

Rapid rewire. Reprogram. I love hypnosis and NLP and I use laser coaching so we get in there.

::

And move really.

::

Quick anything to help us shift into more of being.

::

Who we want to be.

::

Well, integrating any emotional charge, releasing any limiting beliefs.

::

That's what I'm doing.

::

Cool. And you covered.

::

Who you're doing?

::

It for all at the same time.

::

Do you do it online?

::

I'm sorry.

::

Is it all online?

::

Yes, yes, I do. All my obviously, if we were in the same city, we'd hang out and then we'd do that in person. But yes, my clients are span the globe.

::

Isn't that so amazing today that we have that technology and?

::

I was talking to somebody in the UK just.

::

A little while.

::

Ago it's like.

::

Yeah, just around the corner. Yes, I have a biz bestie in Australia and we meet.

::

Once a week.

::

Yeah, my VA's in Australia too, it's just like.

::

The world has shrunk.

::

For sure, so connected.

::

We are definitely connected, so how would?

::

How would your coaching look, I mean?

::

I know that you do mindset mastery, but I mean what does?

::

That really look like.

::

Yeah. So it's twofold because one side of that is the limiting beliefs, the self sabotage, the disempowered habits, the ways of being that aren't serving us, the identities that are stuck are conflicting. And so on that side.

::

It's revealing that it's releasing that it's integrating, that it's working through.

::

What is making me make these choices? How can I show up differently on the other side? It's OK, I'm doing really this thing is working and I want to expand in that. I want to lean into being into that identity into that way of being into this human who I'm being here. I want to lean into that.

::

Even more so, it's both sides. So mindset is not just about switching from a fixed to a growth or from leaving and disempowering to an empowering it's literally up leveling and evolving all the time as well, so that.

::

You can see the possibilities and you.

::

If you're going to fight for something, it's not your limitations, right? It's your limitlessness.

::

Yeah, I like that. It's your.

::

Limitlessness because we're all limitless.

::

Yes, yes we are.

::

We just tether ourselves with our own acres.

::

Yes, we do. Yes, we do. And that's part of one of the things that.

::

Is just such a gift of coaching women, specifically high achieving women in business. I hold the space for their limitlessness while their.

::

Belief catches up.

::

This is something that.

::

Is just a gift not only to me, but that I have to really be able to hold that safe, sacred space so that they know they can come in authentically, lay it all out.

::

And evolve and shift at their pace.

::

That's really a good a good skill to be able to offer to people.

::

Because not everybody can do that.

::

What? What kinds of problems would people be experiencing that they would?

::

Recognize that they would need your help with.

::

Absolutely. So you may recognize perfectionistic tendencies you may recognize.

::

What some people would call imposter syndrome and really under impostor syndrome is a limiting belief or a family of limiting beliefs. So you may recognize imposter syndrome, fear of putting yourself out there, fear of making a mistake, fear of, and that's what all of those they really.

::

Most boil down to fear the problems that were.

::

Encountering so when you might recognize yourself in a pattern of self sabotage, you continually take action that you know is unaligned with you or you start in a direction, and then again you self sabotage. So these are all protections actually to keep you in your known.

::

Because the brain wants to keep you in the known right, it burns the least.

::

Amount of calories.

::

There we do 90 to 95% of what we do, who we are on autopilot on. This is in our subconscious programming, so trying to consciously like muscle our way is very difficult.

::

And are conscious and subconscious are not aligned with each other. And so anytime there's a misalignment like that, that's something that somebody will come to me.

::

Lack of confidence is not articulated, however, at the root of a lot of clients that come and work with me, having their identity tied to the success of their business. Therefore, if they're not productive and their business isn't growing.

::

They're not a productive or worthy human. That is something that you might recognize as well.

::

Yeah, let's talk about impostor syndrome for.

::

A minute because I think.

::

Everybody goes through that at some point or another and you know it creeps up on everybody all the time. It just.

::

You'd be going along and you could be doing really great and then you have these doubts like.

::

Am I really enough?

::

Is it? Am I really good enough?

::

Can I really do this?

::

Is that?

::

Even though you're doing it like.

::

Well and this is how our brain works as well it is. And I can't credit the author who said this. I'm looking on my bookshelf right now to see if I can see the book from here. I cannot. I can't credit the authors of this. However, our brain is like.

::

Velcro for negativity and Teflon for positivity. And while I'm not into like ohh positive thinking, that's not where I'm coming from. Know that like the good stuff slides off like tell like Teflon and the not good stuff, the disempowered stuff that sticks and we keep.

::

Playing that loop and that loop until we learn how to rewire our subconscious. How to reprogram.

::

Our brain so that we're not consistently doing that, we get to our brain deletes, distorts and generalizes based on our belief. So if I believe I'm not enough, I'm going to see proof of it all over the place. And I'm always winning the game. I'm playing all of us, we're always winning the game we're playing so.

::

Are you playing a game that you actually want to win? And if you're asking that, am I enough? Am I enough? Am I enough?

::

That's the game you're playing, you can't win. We cannot out hustle our limiting beliefs. So if this is truly a question that you're that you're asking, like, am I enough? Am I worth it? No amount of work, no amount of effort will change that belief. That belief gets to be uprooted at the core and rewired.

::

We get to give new meaning to worth and value and enoughness that doesn't is not tied to the amount of money that we make or the amount of loads of laundry we fold or any of those things that we do as women.

::

It's so interesting to me how.

::

As you think, as they say as you think.

::

So shall you.

::

Go and it really it does pan out to be that way because as we.

::

Perceive things.

::

In our minds, we can either take them in a.

::

Was like.

::

I am experiencing this and it's really great or I'm experiencing this and.

::

It sucks really bad.

::

It could be the same experience that.

::

It's up to us how we want.

::

To perceive it and your point about, you know we.

::

We look for evidence to support whatever we're feeling.

::

So true if you're having it. If you wake up in the morning and decide you're having a bad.

::

Yes, yes.

::

Day there'll be so many things around you that are just like.

::

See. See, I told you I'm having a bad day, but if you wake up and you, you say I'm going to have a great day today, you'll have all this evidence.

::

Same circumstances.

::

The evidences will be everywhere that make it oh, it's a great day.

::

We're that powerful. I want we let's that bears repeating. We are that powerful. We can shift something on a dime like that. We think of thought over and over again. Habitually it becomes a belief it becomes an I am statement. Those are some of the most powerful words in the world.

::

I am. What are you putting after I am this.

::

Is a window into so many things and so many areas where you can rewire your brain. So we think it, we believe it. It becomes a belief. It creates feelings in us. Does a thought come before an emotion. I don't know who cares? They cut because they feel like they come.

::

At the same time, don't.

::

They it's hard to know.

::

And then we create.

::

They general chemical responses.

::

Exactly. And then we create habits to prove this thought to ourselves. This is how powerful we are. So if you're noticing that you're showing up in a disempowered habit, a habit that is no longer serving you.

::

It's it started right here. It started with a thought that you thought habitually. It became a belief. OK, well, now if it's a disempowered habit we can reverse that, it's a limiting belief. What's a limiting belief? A belief limiting you from everything you deserve and desire. And so we do whatever is necessary.

::

To reveal and release that limiting belief.

::

And there are little things you can do that.

::

Are so easy.

::

To try to like help, shift your mindset.

::

I when I first started doing it, I used to like.

::

I wrote in it was removable marker but on all the surfaces that I could write on that I am enough.

::

And it just started there and it was, it was a huge mindset. It didn't take all that long for me to like any time I started running a negative loop in my.

::

I would there was those words and it became kind of a joke among our family, you know, I put it in the bathroom to begin with. And then my husband came along and he wrote me too. I'm enough too. And my daughter came along and said, oh, yeah, I'm definitely enough. And she is definitely enough.

::

She's always been enough.

::

But when you start doing those things for yourself, you actually are helping those around you too.

::

Absolutely, absolutely. So I love that you brought up what I'll call those affirmations and really like, there is a school that thinks ohh affirmations don't work at all. Well, here's.

::

How an affirmation can work for you, or looking at something and repeating it to yourself if.

::

If you need to stair step that that affirmation like.

::

You can say I'm a woman who is ready to allow myself to be enough. I'm a woman who's getting ready to allow myself to believe I'm enough. Like, set yourself up. Go as far back from it as you need to then stare, step up and stare. Step up. I'm a woman who can believe she is enough.

::

It is possible.

::

Maybe I'm not believing it right this second. However, I'm stair stepping into it and as a side piece that you get to do with that.

::

Well, how will you know when you're enough? What does that mean? What is the meaning that we've given to it? Because once we get clear on what this means, now our brain is going to delete, distort and generalize. Our Ras is going to start to filler filter in the direction of. Well that that's my proof right there because I said enough looks like this.

::

OK, great.

::

That now we have something to go towards and is your definition of enough? Is it?

::

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it right? Like what is it based in? Is it someone else's definition? Cause that's no good like right away if it's someone else's definition, it's never going to serve you. It's never going to feel 100% aligned because it's not your definition.

::

And you can make up anything you want.

::

That's the beauty of it. You don't have to like, depend on somebody else to tell you what's.

::

Enough or what? Enough looks like for you, you can just.

::

Like I said, you could just make it up your imagination is your greatest.

::

Tool because if you could imagine it, it can happen.

::

Because your brain does not know the difference between real and imagined. I love that you just perfectly segued us into the next piece for rewiring your brain to start showing it the proof that you're a woman who that you can show up as so your brain doesn't know the difference between real and imagined. One of my absolute favorite.

::

Tools for setting ourselves up for success is called mental rehearsal Olympic.

::

Gold medal athletes use this top performers use this musician.

::

Is mental rehearsal is you casting a vision so seeing. But it's not just seeing because it's hearing and feeling and tasting and smelling.

::

From the beginning to the end, the well formed outcome, what's an outcome, a result, an outcome is what I can actually hold in my hand. So a goal is an aim. It's a purpose. It's a direction. Those are essential. A goal is different than an outcome because there's plenty of times we set goals and don't get them.

::

So the outcome is not the same.

::

As the goal, right? So when we have a well formed outcome.

::

I want to drink 8/8 ounce glasses of water a day because hydrated women run the world because when I drink water, I like all the things, right? So if this is our well formed outcome and I want to mentally rehearse that because my brain doesn't know the difference between real and imagined, I'm going to see myself wake up in the morning and see myself.

::

Having that very first class, I'm gonna see and, and I'm gonna taste the water going down. I'm gonna feel the glass in my hand. I'm gonna hear myself saying. Way to go. You already drink your first.

::

Glass of water. I'm going to hear the timer on my phone Ding saying. Hey, drink your second glass of water. I'm going to see the sticky note on the bathroom mirror when I go in there at lunchtime. That says hey, how much water have you had today? Gorgeous.

::

I am seeing myself.

::

Doing the things being the woman who feeling it internally and externally and hearing it and tasting it and hearing my daughter say, hey, mom, do you need some more water, like how you doing? Right all the things till I get to the end of the day and I look at my chart.

::

And I've checked off all the 8 glasses and I am sitting there with my feet kicked up. Thinking, yeah, I'm hydrated. I'm a woman who's hydrated like I did it. I know that's a silly example. However, this is what we get to do. We get to set ourselves up for success in whatever we.

::

Want immersion? Like seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, smelling. This is how we get our subconscious in on the game and we align our conscious and our subconscious. If we just say I want to drink 8/8 ounce glasses of water a day, and even if we just write it down, that's a conscious goal set.

::

A subconscious goal get how you get those is when you tie in pictures and.

::

Sounds and feelings.

::

Yes, you become that.

::

I am the woman who drinks 8 glasses.

::

Of water a day.

::

And there you are.

::

And then you're drinking 8 glasses of water a day, because that's who you are. That's your identity. You need to become. You need to identify with.

::

Whatever The thing is that you want to.

::

Where are you trying to get to you actually?

::

Need to be there already.

::

It may not.

::

You get to, you get to be there already, right? You get to create something that is so compelling. Have your why be so compelling that more often than not, you're going to be casting votes towards being that woman.

::

Because identity is the magic, right? That's the secret sauce. Anybody can force themselves to drink water one day, like, like anybody can drink 8/8 ounce. But almost anybody can drink 8/8 ounce glasses of water in one day, right? However, to be a water drinker, that's a whole different thing. We don't want to read one book.

::

To quote James Clear, we want to be readers. Big difference in that. And that's all about identity and casting those votes. And the only way to cast a vote is to know where I want to go. What? What am I casting a vote towards? What identity and what outcome.

::

Yeah. And it's OK to try them on.

::

You know, you don't have to, like, stay in that the identity that you're assuming if you don't like it, you can change it. It's not like you have to pick and then.

::

You're stuck there and.

::

This may sound like a silly analogy, but people do this all the.

::

Time when it comes to.

::

And jobs and careers and education. They spend a lot of money to learn to be a doctor, and they get to be a doctor and they realize they hate it. It's awful. It's nothing like what they thought it was going to be, but they've spent all this money and they have this identity as a doctor and everybody looks at them that way and.

::

They're trapped.

::

In this situation, where?

::

They don't feel they have any options, it just happens with people in business too, with entrepreneurs. You know, it's you can you can get to a point where you just really hate what you're doing. You have to stay there. I mean, we're just, you're just trying it on.

::

Oh for sure.

::

Try on something different. It's OK.

::

Thank you so much for saying trying it on and not try because try if there's no such thing I can eat. I can't. I can't try to put my glasses on. I either try them on or I don't. And so when we try something on.

::

There's only do or do not.

::

One we slip into it right, we put the skin on of that. We try the shoes on and we walk around in them.

::

Then we can decide if we all know if someone says Oh yeah, I'm going to try and get there. Probably not going to happen.

::

If we are being people who get there, right, if we're trying on the identity of someone who gets there, then we're going to get there until we decide this isn't working for me. And the beauty of identities, here's what a lot of people don't know either. We cycle through identities.

::

Constantly throughout the day. So before we got on this podcast.

::

You were could have been in the identity of Mom, right? I was in the identity of wife answering my husband's text. I also was in the identity of CEO talking to my VA now I wouldn't be in the identity of wife.

::

While I'm talking to my VA and right and you didn't come here as a mom, you came here as a podcast host, as the Coaches Alchemist, right. Like we cycle through identities all the time. It's when they get stuck.

::

And when they're conflicting with each other as where we want it run into trouble. And this is when we say things like I'm stuck or I'm frozen or I don't know what to do next, cause we have conflicting identities.

::

Yeah, it's the. I don't know what to do. Next thing I think that gets most people.

::

Stuck or I?

::

Don't know how to change.

::

Where I'm at, you know you.

::

Neither. You've decided that you're going to do something and you get well into it, and then you're like, I don't know where to go from here because you haven't been able to identify with whatever that next step is. Maybe you just don't know what it looks like.

::

Yes, when we there are 7 essential keys to creating anything that we want and the first key is knowing what we want and this again in order lots of times we know.

::

What we don't want?

::

We can pretty.

::

Clearly articulate how we don't want to feel.

::

Well, what kind of relationship? We don't want. What we don't want our bank account to look like. What? We don't want a client experience to feel like we can articulate the don'ts pretty, pretty quickly. So then we just flip that over to figure out. OK, well, what, what do I want? So we would be moving towards something. There's a whole lot more energy and moving towards something then moving away.

::

Although moving away is a good catalyst, it's not sustainable. So what do we get to move towards? So that's the first thing knowing and it's got to be. And when I say got to, it's essential not you.

::

Have to it.

::

Is essential for you to create the success that you want and whatever that is.

::

Is it is essential that the outcome and who you get to become on the way is so compelling that more often than not, you're going to cast those votes. So knowing what you want, having a really clear picture of how you want to feel, what it's going to sound like, what it's going to taste like again, we're going to align our subconscious to that and then taking aligned.

::

Action and.

::

When we know what the direction is, then we can take action after we take action, we get to check the data. That's step #3 check the data. Data is just that it's data. Data is either going to tell us we're killing it, we're going in the right direction, keep doing what you're doing. It might tell us, OK, this is pretty good.

::

Let's tweak this. Let's change this, and then it'll be even better. Or the data might tell us. Yeah, this isn't working. It's time to regroup. At no point does the data say you're not worthy. You're not valuable. You suck.

::

The data never says that the data says I'm data that gets to be looked at so that we can then move to the next step of being willing to change. Are we willing to change some action that we're taking? Are we willing to change a belief that we have? Are we willing to change the circumstance? Are we willing to change a relationship? And when I say relationship, well, that could be a relationship with another.

::

Human it might be. I was just on a call yesterday and someone realized it was time that they be willing to change their relationship with e-mail marketing.

::

So it might be your relationship with time. It might be a relationship with money. It might be your relationship with social media or e-mail marketing. So really, think broadly and that are you willing to change so that you can then go back to taking action and checking the data and seeing, oh, OK, so I was willing to change this.

::

And now look at the results. And if you're not willing to change, go back to knowing what you want, because I'm going to say you probably don't really want that.

::

Yeah, exactly. It's knowing what you want. You're more likely to get it and the more clear you can be on knowing what you want.

::

The more likely you are to get that versus letting the universe.

::

Fill in the blanks.

::

Will you.

::

Will be able to take more aligned action. And again here we're back at your filter. You were back at your Raz when you know what you want, you can then be looking for proof for solutions, for ways of getting there when you know what you want. The universe can then send you ways and solutions of getting there. So knowing what you want, taking action.

::

Checking the data, being willing to change, there's three more steps. Gratitude is not the next step. Joy and ease is the next step, like excellence showing up in excellent.

::

Which is your personal best? Like what feels excellent to you, what feels excellent to me, is joy and ease so.

::

You're going to.

::

Be hard pressed to find me doing something that I can't cultivate. Some joy and ease in now. Will the whole thing be joyful? No, because e-mail marketing is not all joyful to me. However, I can find joy in it.

::

And will the whole thing be easy? It is definitely not easy for me. Either the tech likes to get me all the time, however.

::

I am a smart driven woman and I will find ways to bring in more ease into those things. So when we do that with the process, when we show up at our personal best, not in comparison and not looking for perfection, wow, the whole process just got a whole lot more.

::

Joyful and easier.

::

Gratitude as a foundation and then being in alignment like when we're in alignment, when we're in alignment with our core values, when we're in alignment with what we say we want and the actions that we're taking, we become.

::

That is so.

::

True and it it's it always starts out.

::

Difficult in the beginning.

::

As Robin Sharma says, Missy in the middle and beautiful at the end. So give yourself a chance to at least get started in something before you say, oh, this isn't for me because it's going to be hard.

::

I was talking with somebody about on a call this morning about authenticity and being your authentic self.

::

It's difficult in the beginning. It's difficult to just stand up and say this is who I am when.

::

You may not.

::

You may not actually be that person just yet.

::

But you can.

::

Identify with it.

::

And you can stand up and.

::

Say that and then as.

::

You get into action, it's going to.

::

Be messy in.

::

There and things are going to go.

::

Wrong and sideways.

::

It's OK.

::

They're learning opportunities. They'll help you.

::

With your story later on.

::

You know the whole thing.

::

You just, you know, when things aren't going your way, yell, plot, twist and do something.

::

Yes, exactly, exactly. I love that.

::

And then and then as you get really good and comfortable with it, it is a beautiful thing. It's where other people look at you and go, wow, you're just a natural at that. Well, nobody's just a natural at anything, even, you know, the virtuosos, they had to put a lot of work in. Maybe they were gifted, but.

::

Gifted doesn't mean excellent.

::

Exactly. It doesn't have to.

::

An excellent isn't this excellent isn't necessarily perfection either. There's a big difference between those two.

::

Yes, yes, excellence is A is a core value for me and it literally means joy and ease. It's my personal best, it's joy and ease. There is no, there is no perfectionism and there is no comparison.

::

In that I am a recovering perfectionist, so I know when I am tiptoeing into perfection, I know how dysregulated it makes my body. I know what starts happening and that's when I take a step back and go. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. This is not excellent, right? This is not excellent. So.

::

Let's move ourselves closer to that joy and ease. What can we do right now to experience more joyless to stop this momentum of going down a path that I don't walk anymore, because that's not who I am anymore.

::

Yeah. And then you can set boundaries for yourself. Like, I'm not that person anymore. I don't have to. I don't have to go over there.

::

I am a person who, something positive.

::

Yeah, something more empowered for yourself. This is a great little tool that I use with my clients. I call it the pink elephant habit mantra. So if I said to you whatever you do, don't think of a pink elephant. Don't think of a pink elephant. Jill, don't think of a pink elephant. OK, almost everyone is thinking of a pink elephant because your.

::

Brain doesn't hear. Don't.

::

It only heard since I'm a pink elephant, which is why if you've ever said to your children or someone else's children, don't spill the milk, don't drop that. Don't what happens almost every time it happens, because all they're hearing is spill the milk drop that. So that being said.

::

If you start to.

::

Fall into an old habit that that you have shifted away from.

::

What we what? We what? Won't help is saying like do this instead. Don't do that. Don't do that. Do this instead. Don't do that. All right? Eat the cookie. Don't eat the cookie. Eat the cookie. Don't eat the cookie. All my brains hearing is eat the cookie. So instead, when a when an old disempowered.

::

Habit shows up because you're not your habits, so you get to look at the habit.

::

And say, oh, I see.

::

You we broke up.

::

I said bye to you, and now I'm going to move my attention. We're also not pretending like it didn't exist or didn't come up, because that's like pretending the tea kettles, not screaming. That's like a pressure cooker, right? We are completely acknowledging I'm like, oh, hello perfection. I don't need you anymore. I thought you were some kind of protection for me. But we broke up.

::

So I am moving my attention to all the joy and ease I created, not needing to be perfect anymore, not needing to set such unattainable standards for myself.

::

And I shift my attention. We're never in like, oh, I should. We don't guilt or shame ourselves. We go, hmm from now on and in the future and next time.

::

I'm going to XYZ. We give ourselves space and grace to evolve because that's what we're doing every day.

::

And when you put it in terms of something positive and I'll give you an.

::

Example of that I've.

::

I've embraced sobriety and I phrase it that way.

::

Because I haven't.

::

Quit drinking, perfectly capable of drinking alcohol. I didn't have to stop for any reason. I just chose to embrace sobriety.

::

I've quit drinking before and it never it never really lasts.

::

But in embracing sobriety, I'm moving towards something positive.

::

I've had all kinds of really great experiences because of it and.

::

I don't I.

::

Don't have any desire to drink, I mean.

::

It's not that I'm telling myself I can't.

::

I'm just choosing something that's.

::

In opposition to it.

::

That I want to move towards.

::

Beautiful. And it is. It's been amazing for me, but it's just the idea of telling your stuff. I'm not doing. This makes yourself want to do it. And your tip about the don't. With little kids, I learned that early on in my parenting role. It is so true.

::

That you know, you just have to tell them something positive to do instead.

::

Don't touch that outlet. Hey, look over here.

::

They'll look over here and they'll forget about the outlet.

::

But if they tell them don't touch the outlet.

::

They're going to have their fingers all over.

::

Well and to your point about embracing sobriety over quitting drinking. So this is a beautiful example of several things.

::

Going on here.

::

First of all, this is a reframe. So in NLP we call this a reframe. You have reframed the exact same situation. Do you have more?

::

Gains in it.

::

Than losses and this is what our brain wants, right? We want gains. We want to feel like we're winning all the time and we're getting all.

::

The things you also moves from an away from goal to a toward goal. Right? Again, there is a way. It can be a catalyst like the first thought can be I need to quit drinking. Like for me this is a decision that gets to be made. So that could be the very first thought that catalyst.

::

And then the moment that we flip it to a toward goal, now I'm becoming the woman who's embracing sobriety as opposed to moving away from the drinker, right? The person who wasn't sober.

::

This is a.

::

Whole different kind of energy, this is.

::

This is the difference between hating ourselves away from something and loving ourselves towards something right. We people in anytime they want to get healthy.

::

Lots of times, like there's a there's a. That's it. I'm done. And we can't. The energy of hating where you're at is not sustainable.

::

It's a good catalyst, but the moment we can flip it to loving myself enough to move forward towards this outcome and being this human, that's a game changer. That changes everything more gains than losses. That's what we're looking for. That's how we reframe.

::

And then you tie into it a mystical experience which I had.

::

And it's just like.

::

Hey my life just changed.

::

On that day.

::

I had the heart.

::

That came in messed with my hair and.

::

In a in an impossible situation, I mean.

::

It was just.

::

Really a mystical experience, but it happened on just that day.

::

Amazing. On the day you'd made the decision.

::

Yeah, yeah. Beautiful, totally supported, right. This is this is bringing the unconscious conscious. I've decided this, and now I'm going to get from the universe or God or source or whatever. You call it. And now I'm going to get, like, proof. I'm going to get all kinds of evidence when you're open to the evidence.

::

When you've brought the unconscious conscious, yes.

::

Yeah. So that was just like the.

::

Whole the whole package for you right there, yeah.

::

Beautiful. Beautiful.

::

It was.

::

It's been a great journey, but it is.

::

A practical experience showing that.

::

The way that you help people.

::

Really does affect a change, that is.

::

It's life changing it and it doesn't. It doesn't take very long to get there. It's just.

::

Doing a little bit of.

::

And we're constantly evolving. See, that's the beauty. So when someone works with me, we're shifting limiting beliefs and we're evolving and now like what's the, what's the saying, new level new Devil. Right. OK, now we're at this new place and we're expanding and evolving. Oh, now some other stuff's coming in.

::

Or other ways of being that I want to embrace and embody. So what's the best plan of action there? How do I set myself up for success there? And that's the beauty of it, right. That momentum that you get to keep?

::

Leap once you have shifted out of those limiting beliefs, embraced a new way of being a new identity. It's the momentum and the support and the accountability to help you keep going.

::

In that direction.

::

Yep, and it.

::

It's just amazing.

::

So I know that you have a.

::

Is it an E guide?

::

No, I have a downloadable guided meditation, have the mental rehearsal. Yes, I'll walk you through step by step of how to see yourself. The only thing you need to do when you come when you download it is to have a well formed outcome. So I'm going to invite you to start with anything you want. Maybe it's a drinking, so many glasses of water.

::

Oh, it's a guided meditation, OK?

::

Today, maybe it's just how.

::

They're going to show up for some event that you've got going on, like it gets to be anything. I mentally rehearse everything, I'm mentally rehearsed before I came.

::

On here today.

::

Seeing the outcome right and the outcome is always whenever I do a podcast, the outcome is always we're going to get to the end. It was going to be amazing and anybody and everybody that listens is going to get exactly what they need.

::

That's always what I see happening in my head.

::

I love that.

::

I love that intentions are so powerful too, you know.

::

They kind of go hand in hand.

::

With an outcome.

::

If you set an.

::

Intention. That's your outcome that you're expecting and you're more likely to achieve it.

::

If you've at least identified what it is.

::

That you want.

::

Exactly, exactly. You have made. Like I feel the wrap up coming, but you've just made me think of something that is so pivotal in the work that I do with.

::

The women in business that I work with.

::

So many times the outcome is just I showed up. That's what gets to be the outcome. It's not about the results, it's not about how many clients signed, how many. Whatever sold it truly is not about that, that that's extra like that's great, that's a milestone.

::

On the way to the magic.

::

Which is I showed up.

::

The woman who she showed up, she knocked it out of the park. She did the interview right. I can't control anything else except me.

::

And so that's where the magic comes in.

::

Yeah. And I think if people don't.

::

Take anything else away from our conversation and I will let you have the last word on.

::

This but to me.

::

It's that you can do or be anything.

::

You choose to be you just.

::

Need to show up.

::

As yourself, and when you show up as yourself, you will change the world.

::

Because the world will respond.

::

Yes, and the world needs you. So what? What I like to leave everyone with is.

::

Who do you want to be?

::

This is the question that you get to ask yourself, and at any point during the day you can you can sit back and ask yourself.

::

Who am I being?

::

And who do I want to be? No shame, no could. No. No. Should, should. Is just a could with shame smeared on it. Like none of that. No guilt. It's.

::

Who am I being?

::

Who do I want to be? OK. What? What's one thing I can do to be her? What's 1 action mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. That I could take to be her. What's one thing I can stop doing to be her right now? So it's not always adding new things on it might be. Oh, from now on.

::

I'm going to choose this instead. From now on, I'm going to say this instead. It who? Who do you want to be? You. You. You get to be her.

::

You get to be here.

::

Exactly. I love that, Mindy so much.

::

So is that the one thing you want to leave?

::

The audience with.

::

Or do you have something else?

::

No, no, no. Absolutely. Like who do you want to be? You're you. You're limitless. You're absolutely limitless. And rewiring your brain and reprogramming your subconscious is absolutely going to get you to who you.

::

Want to be and.

::

Where you want to go so much fat.

::

Faster so much faster.

::

And it can happen quickly. You know, that's the thing that always blows me away. So how do people get?

::
