6

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to have this conversation with you.

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Well, let's get started with the 1st big question, which is, what's the most significant thing in your opinion, as individuals, we can do to make an impact on how the world is going.

8

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So, in my opinion, I think the biggest thing is to work on yourself. It starts with us first, st and that kind of ripple ripples out to the collective of change. I feel like.

9

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I couldn't agree with you more so. Why is aligning with our human design so important for avoiding burnout, especially for women who have experienced trauma.

10

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So it's if you think of it like

11

::

Lauren Pearlingi: like, just think of like human design, like as a costume. So if you have all these different costume, or like hats like, if you're a mom and you're a business owner, and you're, you know, a caregiver. And you're this, and you're that, and you have all these things that you like have to do or like should be doing.

12

::

Lauren Pearlingi: And you're operating out of the place of like. Not truly.

13

::

Lauren Pearlingi: without saying alignment like without truly like what you your soul desires. You're going to constantly like burning like a hamster wheel like you're going to be constantly going, going, going. You're not fulfilled. It's like you're just doing it because you feel like you have to do it. And that's where kind of when you align with your design, you're using all the energy within yourself, so you don't need anything outside of yourself to to operate.

14

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and that you know your vessel, your human meat suit, whatever you want to call it, is

15

::

Lauren Pearlingi: okay to operate with the energy, with within, like the energy can't be created, can't be destroyed. It just has to be shifted and embodied and actually learn how to like work with that energy. So that's when you'll notice that once you start to make decisions that light you up versus like. I don't want to do this. You're going to start to notice, like that joy, that peace, that fulfillment that

16

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you're not going to feel if you're constantly on this hamster wheel like doing things that you're like supposed to do or like. Society tells you. Oh, I need you know your conditioning, I should say, or somebody with trauma that you just. It's trauma response. So, and with that you're constantly in low vibration. You're constantly doing repetitive patterns. You're constantly doing things that you really are just like operating out of like autopilot. I would say, so. Yeah, that's my opinion on why it's so important.

17

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So can you kind of explain what human design is for somebody that

18

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: because new to it, or doesn't really understand it.

19

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, so human design is basically just in essence, a self awareness tool. It's also a tool that you can use to help. You better understand yourself initially. When I got into human design about 7 years ago, I needed to trust myself more. I didn't trust myself. So, understanding human design, I was able to

20

::

Lauren Pearlingi: trust myself more, knew what I was making the best decisions for myself, regardless of what people were saying in my body, knew what the right answer was, and instead of listening to my mind, it kind of it helps you stay in your body. Most of us that have trauma.

21

::

Lauren Pearlingi: regardless of. If you've healed it or not, you're still going to have this level of. I don't trust these people, and that's obviously a deeper wound, and it has nothing to do with somebody else, but I often hear even lately I've often hear people say, Oh, I don't. I don't trust people. I don't let people in. Well, that has nothing to do with somebody else that has everything to do with yourself.

22

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So I often that when I hear that I'm like well, they would be really good with understanding human design, like, or learning like learning. If they're open to learning about human design, because it it works with astrology it works with.

23

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So that's like the science piece of it. Also quantum physics. It also works with ancient body teaching. So it's the Kabbalah. It works with the Chakras. It works with the I Ching. So it's it's stuff that's not just like randomly, hey, this is just some made up system. I mean. Some people might think it is, but that's you know, there's back. It's backed by science, and it uses both, and I feel like science is great. But when science is just like a box, and then

24

::

Lauren Pearlingi: the metaphysical piece of it would be

25

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know, the iching would be the Kabbalah, the Chakras, the stuff that the physical that you can't see.

26

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So that's in essence what human design is.

27

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's kind of a newer thing method of understanding ourselves. But it's it's really just taking some of these other very old

28

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: practices and and seeing how they all can fit together to give you a much clearer picture of what you're here to do, I like to look at astrology as like the message that we send ourselves from beyond.

29

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So that, you know, when we get to the point where we actually understand what that message was, it helps us to develop our purpose, and things like human design really help. Give us permission to be ourselves, because so often we find, you know, through trauma through life experiences. We experience it as trauma. Often because we feel like

30

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we're being told that we have to be a certain way that we just fundamentally aren't like

31

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in my. In my case, I I have always been told to be less

32

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: shut up. Sit down, you're too loud. You're too bossy. You're too much. You're too everything. And but that's who I am. That's who I came here to be. And every time somebody told me that it it traumatized me in ways that it was just like

33

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I don't think it was done on purpose, right. But it it

34

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it happened, and going through and understanding the human design elements or the astrological elements. I you can see that. You know I had to a go through that trauma in order to really perfect my ability to do what I'm doing. But just it just gives me permission to see that. You know you're on the right track. You're doing what you're supposed to do.

35

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, that's what I often say. Human design is like the permission permission slip for me when I 1st started to be like, Oh.

36

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know this is everything that you are. This is who you are, and you know I often say, when people come to me they'll say like, Well, I need to know my life purpose well, your life purpose is whatever you're passionate about. Obviously, yes, I mean, there is your incarnation cross in human design. But that's and that's merely like not a suggestion. Oh, hey! You should probably do this. It's merely like what you're probably already living at

37

::

Lauren Pearlingi: a level of where you are in your journey. It's not like I have to be my incarnation cross. The Incarnation Cross is kind of a huge misconception I feel like in the human design world in the way that people talk about it. And for me

38

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I just teach it as, and I could be completely wrong. I'm not saying I'm right or wrong, but I teach it as like you reincarnated. So why don't you work up to be that.

39

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know, and most people are already the embodiment of their incarnation cross. So it's not like something that you have to go get, or that's like the final goal. But it is a kind of like an hey? You probably should move towards this versus where you probably are the complete opposite of what you're here to do. So yeah, definitely.

40

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And and if you're we, we feel oftentimes like we know

41

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: everybody knows where where they feel good, because, you know, you're in that zone, and it feels good to be there. And you're you're happy. And you know all those manifestations of

42

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what what you experience when you're doing, what you're here to do versus, you know, if you're not here to

43

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: be a mathematician and to solve the world's greatest math problems, then, you know, experiencing math classes is going to be painful for you. It could even be torturous for you because it you're just not, that's not you. You're more in the world where things just flow to you

44

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in intuitively versus

45

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: having to have, you know, a concrete design plan. And we're gonna do it like like the directions. Say, to do it versus like this is merely a suggestion of how it could go together. You are free to do it. However, you wish.

46

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right.

47

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And different people approach it differently. And it's okay. There's not saying that one way is better than the other. It's just different. And we're all here to be different.

48

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yes, 100%.

49

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So

50

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: how do you weave spiritual tools, like astrology, meditation, or shamanic practices, into your healing work with your clients?

51

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So what? I start out with the framework, I start out with astrology and human design, and then I go from there. So, depending on. It's very personalized. Sometimes people are entrepreneurs that need. They need help with building their business. So I will use. There's probably some spiritual there's probably some energy block.

52

::

Lauren Pearlingi: they're an emotional block or money block, so, depending on wherever that is, I would use shamanic most of the time. Shamanic practices, either. If it's a journey to a past life, if it's a journey to figure out why they have money, trauma, if it's ancestral healing, something like that I will use for that and same thing with Theta Reiki. So that's more of

53

::

Lauren Pearlingi: mindset. So figuring out what they believe, why, they maybe their negative self talk. Why are they telling themselves whatever blah blah or it's like a lot of people lately have came to me and say, like, I'm not making money, I want to make money in my business. So it's like, okay. So we got to figure out what their relationship to money is and where it's coming from. It's obviously not coming from them. It's probably coming from childhood could be ancestral, whatever you know. So then, we're working on that. So

54

::

Lauren Pearlingi: that's kind of how I weave those together. Now meditation comes in.

55

::

Lauren Pearlingi: It could come in a lot of people that they're like, Yeah, I meditate, or I don't know how to meditate. So like I will help them, you know. Kind of understand. That meditation doesn't mean that you're sitting for an hour and a half, and you're just sitting there, you know, or you're, you know. Meditation could be breath work could be, you know, it could be. There's so many different meditations. And I I believe, like I'm sure you believe the same thing. That meditation isn't just

56

::

Lauren Pearlingi: allowing like oh, that mindful meditation they call it like oh, just let go of all of the negative thoughts, and I'm like, No, no like keep them. And you need to figure out why you keep go repeating that, or figure out, what! Whose voice is that? Is that your voice? Is it? Your mom's? Your dad's, your grandma's like your a friend, an old boyfriend, a teacher that said that you're not gonna amount to nothing like you need to figure out where that's coming from.

57

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and that's why I mean, sure, I call myself a shamanic practitioner. But I feel like I've done this for my whole life because I always wanted to figure out the root problem, the root start. Where did it start from? And I feel like, if you are somebody that always wants to get to the root, you know, you're probably to somebody that kind of does things more shamanic based, which is just using the earth elements

58

::

Lauren Pearlingi: or the you know, the directions of like wind, earth, fire, whatever or it's just, you know, you've always used some type of you know. It could be herbs. It could be, whatever you know. That's more of like

59

::

Lauren Pearlingi: what? Because people ask me, what's shamanic like that is, that is what it means like. Obviously, I did have to clear out some karma during the shamanic path. So I did have to do it this lifetime. So I did get a very big download of having to go.

60

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I had to go work with a practitioner, figure my stuff out before I could embody that title. But

61

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I mean, I often. I always tell people you just do whatever you want. You just do whatever you need to do, and if you're called to the shamanic path, I'm not here to be like you're doing it wrong. You have to do it this way. I mean, I do know people that I have to disconnect from, because they do that I was like, oh, you're not like me, like we thank you for your services. But I'm going this way, you know, like.

62

::

Lauren Pearlingi: so I mean, I feel like. And I've noticed lately that a lot of my path is showing people like a mirror of. I'm sure this happens with my mentors, too, but a lot of

63

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I don't even know what to call it like mentor trauma, like a lot of my mentors, have showed me what I need to not do, and I had to had to do some deep reflection this week of like. Why do I keep attracting mentors that

64

::

Lauren Pearlingi: have very envious energy, or it's like they get my, they have my ideas or I help them. They help me kind of thing, and then they run with my ideas, and it's just like, Oh, my God! Like that isn't, or like embodying human design. I'm like, well, they can't do it like me like. So it's like that frequency or that power struggle, I should say, and I often realize, oh, that's my, I'm supposed to teach them.

65

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So it's it's interesting. And I'm only saying this because maybe somebody listening to this is like I had the same thing, or and I started speaking about it. And spirit has really shown me like, I need to start speaking about it because it's a huge problem. And the spiritual community that is not being addressed, and as much as it was uncomfortable at 1st to talk about it. Because I don't want to seem like I'm gossiping. It's more of like bringing awareness to this is happening. And people are not talk, you know, talking about it. So

66

::

Lauren Pearlingi: anyway, that's a long example of answer to how I weave it together.

67

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, so are there some common, energetic patterns you see about women who feel stuck in like old trauma stories or.

68

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yes, usually I'm not feeling enough. Or

69

::

Lauren Pearlingi: yeah, they have a story of like, I'm not enough or self-confidence. Maybe worthiness.

70

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Feel like those. Those 3 are the biggest ones that I've seen lately. Yes.

71

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And how do you think human design helps with that?

72

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I believe that human design helps with that, because once they understand that, like how they operate, and they can trust themselves and use the energy like use their energy, the way that they need to use their energy. They realize that they are enough, and they've always been enough. And I always. I tell people this, a lot, too, is, yeah. I know a lot about human design, and I can teach you about it. But I'm also I'm also just like helping you realize and remember who you

73

::

Lauren Pearlingi: are. And I feel like people. You know. I just have to kind of

74

::

Lauren Pearlingi: open up that channel for them, or open up that like thought. And then they're like, it's like, Oh, I remember this. Oh, yeah, this feels good and like whatever feels good for them, and they'll be searched, and they kind of just do it on their own like. It's just kind of like I don't need to kind of.

75

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I can just show them. Teach them, and they kind of you know I don't. I'm not teaching their soul their soul, or he knows it's more of like their humanness that needs some help and some decluttering.

76

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's kind of like you have that envelope, and you can open it and show them the page that has all the stuff on it, and then.

77

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and and help them understand what some of the things mean like I've had. I I went and had my human design chart

78

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: done before we did the call. And so I can look through it and say, Oh, yeah, oh, yeah. Yeah. And when we 1st got on it was like, apparently I'm really into food cause, like every other thing, hurts about food.

79

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But you know, to some extent, I you know it's it's a thing in my life. I I like to cook and grow food and

80

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: prepare food and stuff. So I mean it is, and it is a thread in my life that's always been a constant, but it's just kind of understanding how how that really

81

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I don't know what other people's human design charts look like, so I don't have anything to compare it to, and and maybe you help people understand

82

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the intricacies of of what they're reading

83

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: as well as just like here you go.

84

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, no, I I definitely do like it. It can be very complex. I usually have people start with

85

::

Lauren Pearlingi: understanding their human design energy type which, like, I'll just give an example. I'll use you as an example. So yours is, you know you're a generator. So you're the builder, you know. You're built. You're the builder for society society. So you're here to build whatever lights you up. So it's more of like what you're passionate about and what your gifts are

86

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and build on that versus. You know I'm a projector, so I'm a guide here, so I'm not a builder. I'm not supposed to be building things, you know, like I'm not. I'm gonna oversee how things I can see the bigger picture to things I can help. You know.

87

::

Lauren Pearlingi: in my in my very close knit, like Circle or my team. There is generator. There is a generator manifesting generator and a generator so, and they help me especially because I don't have sacral energy all the time. So and you guys have sacral energy. So generators and manifest generators.

88

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So it's like in a perfect world. If you were to build a team you would want each individual energy type, because

89

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you have each specific different roles. So there's no, there's no

90

::

Lauren Pearlingi: what's the word. There's no kind of like nobody's gonna burn out.

91

::

Lauren Pearlingi: You're going to be doing what you're going to do. The manifest and generator is going to be doing 6 other things which that's how they operate. Manifestors are going to be initiating and kind of helping push everybody into motion. Projectors are like the seers. So they're the ones that can see the bigger picture. However, sometimes my biggest or my best, my best mentors usually are not another projector. It's a manifester because they'll push projectors into action, and they have that

92

::

Lauren Pearlingi: very same energy of like non sacral meaning they're not supposed to always be doing stuff

93

::

Lauren Pearlingi: or building, or, you know, being a masculine energy. So then they have time to rest, and like having a mentor that does that really good helps me understand? Oh, I'm allowed to rest, and I'm not lazy if I don't rest, and I'm allowed to take naps in the middle of the day, you know, like that type of stuff. So yeah, I definitely

94

::

Lauren Pearlingi: have. I feel like in my perspective, of course. Like, I think I have a really good way of helping people integrate

95

::

Lauren Pearlingi: everything in the human design. If it's form relationships to understanding, because basically, what if it's relationship point of view in the lens of relationships

96

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you're looking at it from. Not a compatibility chart like astrology would be, you know, if you pull an astrology chart. It's like, Oh, or be compatible. It's not that it's how the energies act like, operate together. And how can you operate and listen? You know. How can you listen to their listening? So you know. Everybody listens and learns different, and you just have to be able to. You know it's how I kind of

97

::

Lauren Pearlingi: guide my clients because I know how they listen, or they how they learn, or how they operate from their chart. I mean, obviously, I can listen to them, too. But it's easier because I intuitively. I'm just going to do it versus trying to teach a generator to like slow down and not.

98

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know, like a you know, projector, it's it. They operate differently. So it's like I have to understand people's energy, because that's all we are. I mean to be honest at the end of the day. That's all we are is energy. So it, you know. In a way, it synergistically will work.

99

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and I do it very intuitive, too. So I have a lot of background in human design. I don't claim to be a certified reader. I just never felt like that needed to. I needed to go get my certification. And I always tell people that because they're like, Oh, people are like, Oh, I don't care. I'm like, well, I just feel like I need to integrity. I'm not telling you that I'm a certified reader so, but I read intuitively, which I probably could tell you a little bit more than somebody that is reading from a book and going by like, okay, you have to tell them this now, or you have to tell you.

100

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know, like that type of thing.

101

::

Lauren Pearlingi: So yeah.

102

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think it's more

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: more authentic when you operate from that level rather than I read it somewhere. So, and somebody told me I had to do it this way. That doesn't

104

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: good.

105

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It doesn't give people that personal feeling. It's like.

106

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right.

107

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You're. It's almost like you reading off a script. So ultimately, I think you're doing it a better way than

108

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: than somebody who is certified.

109

::

Lauren Pearlingi: And I mean I'm not.

110

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Certification really mean.

111

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, like, I'm not really knocking people that are certified. I'm just sure like that would put another accreditation. Or like I could do human design. Readings like for a company or, like, you know, be certified just like Yoga, or

112

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know that type of thing which is, I understand that in order to teach Yoga I had to go get certified. So that's the only reason why I did that

113

::

Lauren Pearlingi: same thing with shamanic practitioner. It's a very, it's a very controlled, not controlled. It's a very like monitored environment, because it is it can. It can be depending on. If you're doing the right practices or whatever it can be, a dangerous

114

::

Lauren Pearlingi: path. You know you're not doing things the right way. You're going to create a lot of karma and a lot of, you know, turmoil in your life if you're not doing the correct way, so that I understand why that goes like a doctor like that type is monitored and stuff, but like human design, it isn't, and it doesn't. I don't think it ever will be like it doesn't need to be, you know.

115

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It doesn't need to be, because it's based on it's actually more science. In that it's repeatable, observable, and testable. It is what it is no amount of certification is going to make 2 plus 2 not equal. 4.

116

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right, right, yeah.

117

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You're certified or not.

118

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Something.

119

::, th:

120

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We have the exact same chart, because it's the exact same information that's going in there.

121

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right.

122

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Is there somebody else like that out there? I don't know. Maybe right. The possibility.

123

::

Lauren Pearlingi: But yeah, I mean, I'm sure I'm sure there is.

124

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah.

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And so it's always it's always the same under the same parameters is what I was getting at. So it doesn't matter if you're certified or not?

126

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The answer is what the answer is, and you can help people in the interpretation of it to a certain extent. But I mean

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it is what it is.

128

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right.

129

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: People could

130

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: just read it. They might not understand it like how it fits in. Like, you know, the food thing.

131

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I would I would love to understand where you read it. Are you are you? Did you read your determination? Which is your digestion or just? Are you just.

132

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: T.

133

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Reading all of your chart and you. It's.

134

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Read through all of my chart. Here, let me.

135

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Cause I'm like. I wonder what she's talking about.

136

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Cause. That's really weird that she keeps talking about this food thing and.

137

::

Lauren Pearlingi: And a determination which would be digestion.

138

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It definitely is in that that part.

139

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Oh, in in my my left angle, cross of spirit, where it says, do what is good for your mood and meet your basic needs for love, intimacy, and food, so that it feels good.

140

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Oh, okay.

141

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That was kind of.

142

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Left in the cross of spirit. Okay.

143

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, and then then.

144

::

Lauren Pearlingi: For nurturing and intimacy. Okay, like, and areas of food. Love. Okay, yeah, that makes okay. Yeah. I can see why. Now, you're saying.

145

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let me love intimacy and then food.

146

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Well, okay.

147

::

Lauren Pearlingi: That is so interesting. Yeah.

148

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, so.

149

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And if anybody wants their own human design chart, they can find it for free, they can

150

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: get it designed for them on your on your web, on your website. You want to talk about that a little bit.

151

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah, so there is a link I said, you have my link, so there's a link. You will click on it, and then you make your chart. Now, I want to prep it. I probably need to copyright this. To be honest, because I've had some experiences where people are using my

152

::

Lauren Pearlingi: website and then monetizing off of what I make on my website. So everything on my website is it from my point of view? So it's very simple and practical. I'm not saying that I own those words, but everything the interpretation is, I put it, made it, created it, and all backlogged all of it, every single thing that's in there. It took me probably 2 years. So

153

::

Lauren Pearlingi: everything in the chart, and I give a lot like I give strategy, authority, the Incarnation, cross your definition, your signature. You're not self theme. I give determination, cognition. I give the variables. I give all of that because I feel like sure it's a lot of information. There's a lot of people make you pay for that stuff I

154

::

Lauren Pearlingi: early on in my journey of understanding human design. I paid for all that stuff and was like this. I could have just Googled or like, you know, that type of thing. Now you can use chat Gpt. I do not recommend you use chat, gpt. It does not understand human design. I've just tried it out of just kind of like, put in my information, and it was telling me I was a generator, and telling me I had a different authority and different gates, and I was like, Oh, my God, this is

155

::

Lauren Pearlingi: going to be a disaster if somebody tries to use this. So

156

::

Lauren Pearlingi: yes, if you put in all of your information with all of your gates, and all of your variables, and all this and all that. Yes, you can have, chat, gpt. Look at your chart, but do not do that. If you just put in your information, it's going to give you a completely different like different, I think. Just like I tell people

157

::

Lauren Pearlingi: not that I call myself, astrologer, but I do know a lot about astrology. I would not go to chat, Gpt, and ask for astrology questions, because it's not going to give me the right information like, it's just not like it's a computer. It's just not

158

::

Lauren Pearlingi: so in my my website, if you when you pull your chart, you'll be able to download the Pdf. And then you'll also be able to keep all of the information of like in my perspective. I always say it's in my perspective of what everything is, just from my experiences. And just from what I've worked with, you know, hundreds and made hundreds and hundreds of charts. And did

159

::

Lauren Pearlingi: you know? Gosh, it's been 5 years. So I want to say, like, I probably have over thousands of chart readings that I've done so. It's just my interpretation of their experience, and you know their purpose. And all of it combined is pretty much how I've made my website. So it is very personalized from my experience with human design.

160

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and people really enjoy it. I feel like, just from the feedback, because they're like, Wow, I've never had it read to me this way. It's kind of like a really quick and easy, free way to get your chart read. Obviously I do do readings. But

161

::

Lauren Pearlingi: that's more intense, personalized. And I'm giving you tangible stuff of like. This is where you are. I don't really go too much into the channels or gates, just because it's really too much for people to understand.

162

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I I liked that. It was pretty basic. And

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it it didn't go on and on and on for pages that you're just like, so overwhelmed that it's not usable. I mean, you can get information like that where you're just like. Oh, this was so much information. I can't digest it all. And I'm as most of us. If we're just going to a website to find our human design chart, we don't know that much about human design. And when you start talking about gates and channels and lines, and you're just like

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: over my head. Didn't want to spend the next 4 days studying this.

165

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Right? Yeah, I mean, I do have. I am going to create those charts that are more in depth. And if you don't want to have a call or do a you know, a session with me? It's gonna be just a printable thing that you can do, and my long drawn out explanation. But I'm in the pro. I'm halfway done building all that because it takes a very long time, and I have to put all. It's all my interpretation. So you can see that takes a very long time.

166

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But it.

167

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then you have the basic

168

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for the very beginner, you know, just to like. Here, let's get your toes. Wet. See if you're in. If this is gonna be something that you're really interested in, and then you can move on to a little more advanced information. And maybe, you know they

169

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: book a book, a consult with you, and you can talk about like one section of it. So that you have, like

170

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you, information is just information unless you have some way of using it practically in your life. And when you just get the the tidal wave of

171

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: here's all the information. And you're just like, I don't know how.

172

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. So

173

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so do you work with people like one on one mostly? Or do you do groups? How does how does it.

174

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I do both. I do more one on one work. But I do have a membership, too. So

175

::

Lauren Pearlingi: and right now I have 12 people in the membership. So with my energy, it's

176

::

Lauren Pearlingi: easier for me to

177

::

Lauren Pearlingi: have a like a really like one on one in depth, conversation with people. But I also like the downside to that is, I like building community. I'm really good at building communities, and I like being in community with other people. So that's why this year I was like, I feel like I need to have a membership or have some type of community that people get more of my

178

::

Lauren Pearlingi: intimate energy and like focus energy. So I want to say, I do both.

179

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I'm kind of liking. I I can't say that I don't like the one on one I just like. I feel like

180

::

Lauren Pearlingi: as a community. I feel like ample. Everybody's energy individually is amplified, so it feels better to me just right now. But yes, I mean I started out. I'll never go get away with doing like Go. I'll never get rid of my one on one program or one on one with me. Even if it's just like one off sessions, or you know, you know, there's a way that build multiple sessions, too, of like building on, you know.

181

::

Lauren Pearlingi: But so yeah, I think to answer your question. I think it's both. Yeah, yeah, I'm like, why do? I can't just give a yes or no answer. It's like I have to explain my entire answer and then go back.

182

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You're good. You're good because, you know, for different people, they they need this kind of information. It's like, How do I work with you, is it just gonna be you and I? And am I gonna be in the spotlight? And some people that's just like way too much for them. They want a community environment where they can have other people ask the question that they really want the answer to.

183

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah.

184

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You can learn. And you know, then there's other people who are like, no, I just want I just want the facts, ma'am. I don't have a lot of time to spend in a community. I just want to get answers right away. And for those people, then, you know, the one on one session is like a godsend for them. So you you really do offer a variety of ways for people to get the information from you in a way that makes them feel comfortable and feel heard so.

185

::

Lauren Pearlingi: It's definitely in. It's definitely important for me.

186

::

Lauren Pearlingi: when I am like in community with people like, I stand on integrity. And it's like it has to be a safe space, and I know how vulnerable that can be when you're expressing different stuff. And

187

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I

188

::

Lauren Pearlingi: always make sure like that. That is a safe space for people, because people are sharing their very vulnerable things. And they are, you know, trust is a huge thing. When it comes to.

189

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I feel like anybody that's talking about whatever they're talking about their story or like where they are. You know, even though that people work one on one with me. They still get access to my community, my membership that they don't have to pay for, so they can just be there and just experience it, and I often notice which is why I do. The 1st month is free, and then it's 55 after.

190

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Because people have to experience my energy first, st and then they're like, Oh, yeah, I can see why people work with her. But sometimes they can't see that unless they experience it. So I'm like, it's, you know, it's no pressure. I'm not going to be like you have to stay. You have to work with me, you know, or there's somebody else in my community that they want to work with, and that's fine. Then they can go work with them. So like, I have a lot of people in my community are

191

::

Lauren Pearlingi: pretty much all entrepreneurs. A couple of people are starting to kind of open up to that path, but

192

::

Lauren Pearlingi: they can go work with them, and they do teaching. We have monthly calls, and they get to teach and showcase their brilliance, because, you know, if they don't.

193

::

Lauren Pearlingi: if they don't need me and my support. Maybe somebody else could use their them, or they could use their support. So it's like, I open my community up to that, too, because I don't own anybody. I they're just my clients, and if they want to go somewhere else they can. They can go somewhere else, too. I don't. I don't gate keep stuff like that, you know, but I I know some people get like, Oh, that's my client, and we don't work like that. Not over here.

194

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Just don't work in the world.

195

::

Lauren Pearlingi: I know. Yeah.

196

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let's just like the more that we share, and the more that we give, the more that comes back, because, you know, splashes up on your shore, too.

197

::

Lauren Pearlingi: Yeah.

198

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's yeah. I I like that about the direction that I feel the world is going. It's.

199
