Hi and welcome to the You World Order Showcase podcast. Today we have with us Jacqueline Kane. Jacqueline is a transformational coach who helps release pain patterns and activate your soul's authentic energy. Welcome to the show, Jacqueline. It's really nice to have you here.

::

Thank you, Jill. I'm very excited to be here with you.

::

On your poster in the back in your background, which many people can't see because part of this is podcast. So I'm just going to read it because it it I think it will kind of introduce people to what you're doing. It says heal your inner child and live the life of ease flow in abundance and live a life of east flow and abundance.

::

So how does all of that play into how you heal people's pain?

::

So underneath all physical pain and illness is an emotional component and an energetic component.

::

So I became a massage there. I first started out as an X-ray tech taught me a lot about our healthcare system and the body.

::

And then I had my first massage on a cruise ship, which I was amazed at how amazing I felt afterwards and thought, what was this and then was able to go to massage therapy. School became massage therapists and really learned all these effective modalities that.

::

Helped people get out of pain.

::

And so one thing led to another.

::

And now I I love helping people just get to the root cause of their physical pain, and it's usually not the physical body. It's usually.

::

The years of resentment that they've carried or the the years of grief that they've held down to from something that happened at a young age, that they really haven't been able to release.

::

That gets stored in your body.

::

That comes out as physical pain.

::

And some people are probably saying that makes no sense to me, but.

::

So if you think of somebody who has fibromyalgia.

::

What I've learned about it's mostly women who have fibromyalgia. It's a lot of joint pain. It's a lot of.

::

Exhaustion and pain in the body.

::

And the more I worked with them, I realized that they were usually people pleasers.

::

Something usually happened when they were at a young age.

::

Where maybe their mom was jealous of them and just didn't treat them. Wasn't nurturing to them. It was really a tough upbringing.

::

And so that client had to become something somebody else because she was being taught and conditioned in her family that who she was wasn't wasn't normal, wasn't right, was wrong.

::

And so that frustration inside a person's body.

::

Of not being able to express her emotions. Maybe she wasn't hurt. Maybe she was told how what to do, what to say.

::

And you had years of that conditioning.

::

And that energy actually comes through the physical body as physical pain.

::

And the way out of that is healing that.

::

Does it always have to be in?

::

The same spot.

::

Can it move around?

::

Physical pain that moves around is that what you mean?

::

Look at that random pain that.

::

Shows up in weird areas at weird times.

::

She said.

::

And then goes away.

::

It pops back up and he goes away somewhere else.

::

So there's a really great book that I love referencing. It's Louise Hayes. You can heal your life in the back of the book it has.

::

A whole it has, like every physical ailment, and then it gives you. She shares an emotional reason why you have that and then an affirmation to use in a way to heal that.

::

So I work a lot with women.

::

With people who have low back pain and low back pain, I've learned has a lot to do with how supported you feel in life.

::

Knees have a lot to do with how flexible you are in life, just different body parts.

::

The body's always trying to get our attention.

::

Of what? To heal.

::

And so depending on where the pain is, could give you some insight into what's.

::

What's the emotional component underneath that physical pain?

::

That's fascinating. Really fascinating. I I I always just kind of chalked it up to being old.

::

Yeah, you know.

::

My husband and I laugh about you. Woke up spraying my eyelid this morning.

::

I'll leave that a thought.

::

Never heard that, did you say straining your eyeballs? Is that what you said?

::

No sprain to my eyelid. It's like a totally random thing that you know never happens, except when you get older. It just seems like.

::

Stuff randomly.

::

Shows up and then it goes away. Sometimes it stays for a long time. I might have to work on my husband and he's got this weird random pain in his side that he keeps trying to Google what it is. He's sure he's got cancer or something. And one day and then it's it dislocated rib another day.

::

And it's just whatever cable decides.

::

To deliver up to him, that's what.

::

He sure is hurting.

::

I find everybody's an expert these days because of doctor Google.

::

I know, but Google it's like.

::

What did we do before then? We went to the doctor. Then we believed.

::

What we did?

::mpared to your, I don't know,:::

But I'll stand my ground.

::

That's not it. Yeah, sometimes. Sometimes we are the problem, right? Our own mind is gets in the way of our healing process. Yeah.

::

I think that's often the problem is that we just, we're so sure about things and.

::

To really have.

::

No reason to be that sure about it, but because of our certainty, it creates that reality for us.

::

And so we're we're.

::

We're calling in. We're great manifestors. Let me put it that way. We can manifest anything we want.

::

And a lot of times things we don't.

::

Want because we focus on them so much.

::

Yeah, and getting clear and why? Why am I, why did I manifest this? Right? What's the meaning of all this? And some of us have really strong wills. Do you really have to be really strong willed about?

::

Everything can you?

::

And that shuts the body down. It shuts us from heat.

::

Right.

::

Stops us.

::

Yeah. So when you work with people, do you work on with them one-on-one is are you still a massage therapist or is this more like groups? How does all that work?

::

Yes to all the above. So yes, I am still a massage therapist because I still feel that that's such an important.

::

Thing that we don't give ourselves, and even in school like.

::

I've been hearing that teachers aren't allowed to touch the children. It's touch is so important. So.

::

And it's nice to get a massage, not just to get out of pain, but to really enjoy what it feels like.

::

Once you've gotten out of pain and now you just want to.

::

Do something nice for your body.

::

So yes, I'm a massage therapist. I do a few other in person modality type. So one is Bowen therapy which is a neuromuscular re patterning of the body.

::

I highly recommend that for everybody.

::

Because it.

::

It helps the body to get back to balance and become work more efficiently, so actually becomes healthier.

::

And I also do something called liposome which works with the lymphatic system. So if you find that.

::

Your body's swollen or your legs are swollen, or your arms and you've tried everything. Liposome is another great way to move the lymphatic system and for those of us who would like to lose a few inches, it can help you lose inches, not weight, but inches.

::

Yeah, that's.

::

Right. It's an extra benefit that I I know I would love.

::

And then depending on what the person wants to work on, if they know that they have an energy problem that they're not manifesting the things they desire, they're they haven't been able to reach their goals and they know there's an energetic problem, then we will just go right into.

::

Start clearing that.

::

So when we do that, I use processes like ancestral energy, clearing, inner child healing EFT, emotional freedom technique, voice dialogue with the saboteur, and any other voice that.

::

It's taking over, I call it.

::

And I'd like to work with people for longer periods of time so that I can know your sabotaging habits. Our inner saboteur could be really sneaky, where if we've been raised in an environment that wasn't nurturing.

::

Didn't have our back and we're doing everything to step into that stand, step into our power and really allow in more E flow and abundance. But then there's a part of us that will really jump up and say that this doesn't feel safe and they will take over and sabotage our goals.

::

So it really depends on where the person is at.

::

But before I learned about ancestral energy or really healing the inner child, I didn't think it was possible to.

::

Really shift your life.

::

I thought where we ended up, we ended up, we were just stuck in it.

::

But you really have the.

::

Ability to change anything in your life right now.

::

I think that's one of the the beauties of the Internet is that we're starting to discover how much power we have as individuals that for the longest time, you know, you just did whatever you were told to do. And you know, you swallowed your emotions literally.

::

I mean, you just there was.

::

No room for what?

::

You felt about a situation you just put up with it because.

::

You didn't have any choice or you didn't think that you had any choice, but now that that we have access to online communities and networking with other people, we're realizing that, hey, there's there's all these modalities out there. There's, you know, there's.

::

There's other people that are on the same journey that we're on and.

::

It's it's really affecting a change in the world. I was listening to someone talk about morphological shifts.

::

Are you familiar with those?

::

It she explained it in that there was there are experiments that have been done and one of them that she talked about was monkeys on the beach.

::

And on an island and they, the experimenters, rolled sweet potatoes and sand and threw them on the beach, and it took the monkeys like 3 days to figure out that, you know, if you just wash the things, we could eat them. And so.

::

Then they did the same thing to monkeys on a different island that had no connection with each other. They there was not like any way for them to communicate.

::

Right.

::

With each other, and they did the same experiment. The monkeys picked the the sweet potatoes up, held them in their hand for like, just a couple of seconds, knew instinctively that they just needed to wash them, and then they could eat them. So that's the morphological.

::

Shift or and morphological energy that just once it one thing is discovered it suddenly.

::

It's like opens up.

::

Everybody's discovering.

::

Yeah, yeah, it opens a floodgate across consciousness. I think it was like that for the the, the six minute mile, the four minute mile, one of those really short amounts of time for running a mile that, you know, they all sound really short to me. I I don't run.

::

Me too.

::

I'm just going to get eaten by that bear.

::

It's the it's the least painful of the two.

::

Options my book.

::

But I I think that all of this stuff that's coming out is causing morphological shift is what I was trying to get at. The energy is changing around the world.

::

Really fast, yeah.

::

Really fast. If if people are just they're they're coming to terms with the idea that, hey, I don't have to suffer like this anymore. There's stuff I can do.

::

So you do work with people online. Do you have like a coaching program? Is it one on?

::

One coaching head is all that look.

::

Yeah. So I I do one-on-one coaching with anybody anywhere because it is energy. So we're able to do it on zoom. I have done. There are times when I do group programs because sometimes in a collective where all because of that energetic component.

::

It we can all help each other shift even faster when we're in a group. Yeah. And because it's energy, it's, it's just so fun when when somebody gets it right and it's not about coming to me and I fix you. It's about me teaching you the tools that I have.

::

Finally learned.

::

That changed my life.

::

Because I I grew up with a mother who was born in Sardinia, Italy during World War 2, like she had a lot of fear. I inherited that fear.

::

And it took me a long time to find the right people who are going to teach me ways to release the fear I didn't know first. I didn't know that not everybody felt fear.

::

Because I lived with it for so long.

::

So there's so many ways that we can shift what we're creating, what we're attracting in our lives.

::

It's not woo. It really does work.

::

And you can change your life tomorrow.

::

You could be in a totally different place.

::

Yeah, a lot of it is just choosing.

::

To have a different outcome, choosing to look at things differently. It.

::

Yeah. And believing that you deserve it.

::

You don't have to suffer. You don't have to be the victim anymore. There's a completely different way. There's so many people who are stuck feeling that.

::

This is all they have and no.

::

You don't have to live with that anymore.

::

Or if they decide that they want change, that they're not sure how that change is going to impact them. I know there are people that are are ill and they could have gotten better. My mother's an example of this. She was ill for like 20 years and she could have gotten better. I do believe that.

::

If she were to get better, the the negative consequences of getting better were.

::

She didn't want those. She she got attention because she was sick and my dad did a lot of things for her and cared for her and.

::

In ways that she didn't think she could, she was maybe that she was entitled to, even.

::

You weren't ill.

::

So it's kind of, it's interesting how.

::

In that decision making process, which is really a good reason to hire a coach because they can walk you through these thoughts, because I'm sure she never even considered.

::

You know what getting well would mean to her. She just.

::

Right.

::

Resigned herself that she was going to be sick until she died.

::

Yeah. Well, and the doctor reinforces it, right? Because every time you go, you hear.

::

Well, you're getting not getting younger, just getting older or it's going to take a long time or what.

::

Whatever it is.

::

You know this works for some people and some people.

::

Let me try.

::

This thing on you?

::

And it's what all their friends are doing. So they're all spending time at the doctor's. They're all talking about it. And those are all ways of manifesting more of it.

::

That they don't realize how powerful they are, that they're actually manifesting more of it, whether they want it or not when we speak.

::

That's a way of manifesting more of it. And then when you've been like that for years and decades.

::

It's a part. It's really who you are.

::

You can't see yourself without that illness.

::

Yeah. And if you, if you were to let go of it.

::

How would it impact your life and?

::

I I think that it would have impacted her life in amazing ways because she was a she was an incredibly intelligent human being. Like she got trapped in this mindset and.

::

It's kind of sad. It's really.

::

It's very sad. It's very sad because who would she be without it? Right. And there's so many amazing people who are going down that rabbit hole and then they they don't have the support in their lives. Or maybe they're really afraid that they would have to speak up and set better boundaries.

::

And that's scarier than actually being in pain.

::

Yeah, the whole boundaries thing. Another.

::

Before the Internet, nobody knew about boundaries.

::

And the whole day. So we used to have manners, but those kind of went out the window in the late 60s and 70s because nobody knew how they were supposed to behave towards each other. And until we discovered boundaries or we.

::

Vented boundaries.

::

Or they became.

::

Or that they were important.

::

Yeah, that they're important. Not just for you, but for the people that interact with you. If you don't know what your boundaries are, people don't know how to.

::

Interact with you because they don't know what's what. You're what's going to make you feel good and what's going to make you feel like you know you're putting on me. And I don't want to do that. But then they don't really know how to say I don't want to.

::

Do that because I.

::

Think the people pleasers and the perfectionist stuff going on because people don't have good boundaries. They don't.

::

For themselves, they don't say yeah, this this feels OK to me. I'll do this.

::

Yes or no, I I just can't handle that in my life, so I choose not to have that in my life and I'm going to be OK with saying no when that opportunity shows up.

::

And be OK with it. And you know, we've been trained for so long to to be well, OK. I'll just do it this one time or OK.

::

I'll do it for you.

::

And that that doesn't serve anybody you know.

::

Yeah, but again, they were conditioned, right. And we're we've been conditioned to believe that's being selfish, saying no to somebody is being selfish.

::

Selfish is bad.

::

And this, yeah.

::

That selfish is bad and it's not.

::

No. If you don't protect yourself, no one else will trust me.

::

If you're on a plane that's going down, that's the first thing they tell you. Put your oxygen mask on 1st and then put on your child's.

::

It's like that in all things in life. You have to love you first, because if you don't love you, why do you expect somebody else to love you or to want to protect you?

::

Doesn't work that way.

::

It doesn't work that way and it doesn't leave you with the life of ease, flow and joy.

::

No more abundance because you're always wondering. You know, why can't I have?

::

Are feeling like.

::

I don't deserve and those all end up causing pain in your body.

::

It's all that pressure to fit in to say what I think that person really wants for me.

::

Instead of being honest and saying hmm can't do that today.

::

Really tired.

::

You need a nap.

::

Well, I just don't want to.

::

And not even. I'm sorry, I have a bad habit of saying I don't want to. I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry. I just don't want to.

::

Get over it. Your problem, not mine. And I think if more people were able to say that out loud and feel it, the world would be a much better place because we'd stop running around trying to to make other people happy when it's really.

::

Often when people want you to do stuff for them, it's because they're not taking responsibility and doing it themselves. They just want the thing done.

::

But they don't want to take it on themselves, so they're trying to find somebody else to.

::

Put it on.

::

And they kind of manipulate in the process because they're being selfish. They're asking for their needs to be met.

::

And they will be the first one sometimes to blame you for being selfish, yeah.

::

Well, yeah, this is the whole pointing the fingers.

::

Thing where they're like.

::

Most of them are pointing back at you.

::

Yeah, it's not healthy.

::

Doesn't feel good.

::

Doesn't feel good. So how do how do people get in touch with you if they want to work with you?

::

So they can go to my website jacquelinemkane.com. It's a long one JCQUELINE mkane.com. It's the website and on there you can we can even just have a strategy session to help you get clear on what you need to do.

::

To move forward and the exact steps you will need to create the to reach your goals.

::

So when you help people reach their goals are are you talking about just becoming pain?

::

Free or are you more?

::

Along the lines of helping them come up with a life plan.

::

So I have different phases when I work with people, most people come to me because they have physical or emotional pain and the first step is always let's get to the root cause. Let's get you feeling better.

::

And then after that, it's some people are done. They're like, oh, I'm feeling good and I'll come back when they need a refresher. But then some people find that they're still.

::

That they have money blocks or they have high debt. And I'm also what's called a tapping into wealth coach. So I help you create a better relationship with your money so that you can easily attract it.

::

And the really great thing I love is that because money is energy, physical pain is energy. All these things are energy. Once you start clearing up.

::

The limiting beliefs that aren't working for you.

::

That's usually when more ease flow and abundance starts showing up.

::mother said she's giving me $:::

That's pretty nice. Or people get raises. So it depends on where they are in their healing journey and which phase they want to, what they want to work on.

::

And I'm here to tell you I have several stories about tapping for wealth. That is something that I don't know how it works, but I know it works. I the first time I did it was maybe 10-12 years ago when Margaret Lynch was first starting out and.

::like a few days later I had $:::

And the last time I did it was in December and I was tapping for $50,000 and I'd set the intention on the the new Moon, and I manifested $54,000 in cash. And my father-in-law ended up passing and left us the money. But, I mean, it was. He died.

::

On the next new Moon, there was so many weird things around his death and how it happened. I mean, when when I first started doing the the tapping and holding the intention.

::

I had an idea of how I thought it was going to happen and I was, you know, get to work to make it work and and he was totally healthy. I mean, it was his demise happened over the course of maybe four or five days and it's super fast but.

::

And that's how he wanted it. I mean, he lived with congestive heart failure for many, many years. He had a really.

::

He had a quality death. You know, if you got a pass, you may as well pass quickly around people that you love around you and.

::

You know just.

::

Move on to the next time that I just thought that was so amazing the the whole.

::

And now I'm tapping to win the lottery, and I will put this out there because it was totally an experiment. But I did win $6 last weekend. I know I've spent more than that on it, but, you know, you got to win.

::

I know it.

::

Well, you never know how it's going to show up, right?

::

You never do.

::

That's the really cool thing.

::

And I'm just. I'm open to it happening. I just like, I really believe that I am going to be a a huge money, millions of dollars, lottery winner and I don't spend a lot of money on lottery tickets. But I do buy them every week.

::

Love it? Well, you'll have to make sure we all know.

::

That you've won.

::

Everyone will know.

::

When I win.

::

As part of it is just putting the energy out there. I tell people I'm a lucky person and I win lotteries.

::

And I'm.

::

Got it. That's the secret.

::

Is that?

::

That isn't the secret. This is the biggest secret. It's just knowing.

::

Knowing and feeling it.

::

Dancing around knew that it.

::

And it's just fun to say.

::

Yeah, absolutely.

::

And I thought to the point in my life where I don't care.

::

If people think I'm crazy.

::

Oh, we're well past that. Yeah, now it's just expected. Now, I let people know. Well, you may not be ready for this information that's going to come.

::

Through so it's OK.

::

Just file it. Someday you'll look back and you'll think. Ohh I remember when Jacqueline said this to me.

::

So, Jacqueline, what's the one thing you want to leave the audience with that you hope they take away from our conversation today?

::

That anything is possible. Everybody's capable of healing. They just have to make the decision that they're going to and take.

::

The next steps.

::

Everybody can heal anything in their lives.

::

You have to commit to yourself.

::

Yeah, we'll leave it with.

::

That. Thank you so much for joining me.

::

Thank you. This was great.
