::So George is here to share with us the.
::Secret INS and outs.
::Of how to do that, navigate it to successfully.
::Ohh that sounds.

::Me here and it's my favorite topic, so I'm keen to dive in.
::Well, how did you get started and tell us your story?
::And then like I said, we really want to know these tips about, I don't know when we need to be looking around.
::Amazing, yes.
::Yeah, exactly.
::Because as you said, like so many female entrepreneurs, and I don't just work with female entrepreneurs, but predominantly and ad I think we're pretty used to trying to do it all.
::So when we start our businesses, you know we've had to do it all in other every other area.
::Perhaps so we.
::Continue with that when we start our business.
::But to go back to your earlier question.
::Of how I got into this.
::I've had quite a sort.
::Of roundabout career, I've done all sorts of different amazing things.
::And have definitely been living life to the full, but I most recently was working probably 10 years ago, maybe 12 years ago.
::I started my career in kind of recruitment and head hunting in London and I was working with lots of different business owners, whether they were startups or huge firms that you will have heard of.
::To help them hire in talent for their teams, restructure their teams and find different ways of doing things and utilizing amazing people.
::So I got really.
::Into kind of making that match.
::Between what a business?
::Owner needs and the talent that's available in the market.
::And then I sort of fell into coaching, working with an incredible woman and helping her with her business.
::And realized that I just.
::Loved getting involved with people's businesses and helping them to build it, but also to enjoy their life alongside it because I felt so often people were getting so swept up in what they were trying to do in their business.
::And trying to do it all on their.
::Own that they were.
::Missing out on everything else that.
::Life has to offer.
::So I'm a big believer in when I say trying to do it all, I mean the fun stuff as well as the business stuff.
::And I think to do that, it's great to bring in other expertise, other people, people to support you.
::People with new ideas and fresh energy and different ways of problem solving to you it does nothing but better your business in my opinion.
::I'm with you. And what do you think the difference is between hiring A-Team and hiring Vas?
::So for every business there is an ideal first hire and it's different for every business.
::And I think that often people think, OK, so the first step is to hire VA because that's what everybody else has done.
::But actually what I would encourage people to do is look at their own business.
::And think where's the bottleneck in my business?
::Where are my shorts?
::On expertise or manpower, and often when you are in those initial stages of starting up a business, the place where you've got the bottleneck is probably bringing business in like finding new clients, converting those new people in your world into actual clients rather than.
::All the admin that goes with taking on.
::All of those.
::So perhaps actually your first hire is more around the front end of your business and trying to bring new business in.
::And then once that's up and running and you're consistently starting to bring in some, some.
::then you can start thinking about.
::OK, great.
::So this is happening now.
::Where else do I need support in the team?
::That could be a VA. It could be an OBM and again, even hiring a VA is like a minefield in terms of the.
::Different types of VA there.
::Are out there.
::All amazing, all with brilliant skills.
::All with.
::Different specialties and you've got to map.
::Match what you're missing with what that VA is offering.
::So what I mean by that is I am someone that is very much a big picture thinker.
::I love new ideas.
::I love the energy of strategy, but I don't want to get into the really, really fine, fine detail of A to do list.
::It bores me to tears.
::They just.
::I'll miss things so.
::For me, there's no point hiring.
::A VA with a similar outlook to me.
::Someone else that loves the big pictures.
::And it gets really excited by the initial ideas that doesn't want to finesse the tiny little details.
::I need someone that absolutely loves A to do list and wants to take every single tiny task off there, and once they've done that, at the end of the day, they're like.
::That was the best day I've.
::Ever had, I've.
::Ticked everything off this list.
::For me, that would be horrific.
::You're laughing because it's just like.
::I like sophilia girl.
::I make list and then I turn the page and make a new list.
::Taking stuff off my list, it's like.
::But there's things.
::I I'm totally a big picture person too, and it's it getting into the minutiae it.
::It's just like.
::It's painful.
::So yeah, it is.
::It is painful.
::So if you are spending time in the minutiae, OK, so thinking about the VA conundrum, if you are in the early stages of your business, but you do have some good cash behind you, so you've got some money to invest in team, which is a great position to be in.
::So if you do.
::And you hate the minutiae and you are trying to build out funnels and put in e-mail sequences and everything like that.
::Then I would say yes, great.
::Let's invest in some support.
::Because if you were doing those real energy draining tasks, that's going to take away from the stuff that you're really good at delivering to clients.
::The big picture, the stuff that requires your energy.
::So for every person, it's different.
::You've gotta think about, actually, where am I in terms of cash flow in the business?
::Do I have money to invest in team if I can?
::Only invest in one team member rather than.
::Kind of via.
::They and perhaps lead generation, which is the most important in my business right now.
::And I'm not saying that you're not going to get to the point of the rest of the team, but it's looking at.
::OK, right now what do I need?
::And that first hire might be a project based hire.
::It might just be for two months while.
::You get yourself.
::Into a position where the business has now reached another phase and you can say great.
::We've reached phase two, so.
::Now we're looking at.
::A team that looks like XY or Z.
::So it's really gotta.
::Be specific to each business owner.
::And the other.
::Thing that I would encourage you to do honestly, I could talk about.
::This for hours.
::But the other thing I would do is not only look at your business bottleneck.
::So when I'm talking about the four stages of the business, I'm thinking about new leads coming in.
::So these are people that are new to your world and they're starting to discover.
::What? You're all.
::About then we've got the.
::Conversion stage.
::So that's when you're taking these.
::New leads and.
::You're selling to them and they are now becoming a client.
::Then we've got the delivery phase.
::So that's all there for me.
::It's the coaching and the work that I do with my clients.
::If you're a consultant or a service based.
::Business this will.
::Be a huge chunk of your time in terms.
::Of the delivery.
::And then we've got the kind of.
::Clean up.
::So this is around making sure that invoices are paid. Everything's prepped for the taxes. Our accounts are done.
::We're getting referrals from clients that we've served successfully.
::We're getting reviews.
::All the things that's going to lead us back to kind of generating new leads within the.
::So those are your kind of four phases and everyone will have a bottleneck in one of those.
::So it's working out actually where am I lacking.
::So once your business has started to get really busy and this is something that that we've briefly touched on, you might get to the phase where actually delivery is becoming the bottleneck because.
::There's only one of you, and if you are someone that is constantly saying I am the business, people come to me because they want to work with me.
::You're quickly going to become the bottleneck in your.
::Business because there's only.
::So many hours that you can serve clients.
::And this is one that's tricky for people to get past, and this is an area that I really help people understand.
::Yes, there's only one of you.
::But there are lots of other really talented and experienced people.
::With all sorts.
::Of great skills to offer.
::Who could you bring in that would complement what you're currently offering your clients?
::And how could we make that look for them?
::So we're kind of looking at that full scale and the other thing I would look at then is the different revenue streams within your business.
::So for many coaches that are probably listening to this, you might have different offerings for your clients.
::And some of those offerings are going.
::To be new.
::Considerably more money than other offerings.
::Now, if you're spending a lot of your time in the offerings that are not bringing you that much money.
::Because you just can't move past all the little things that you need to get done in there.
::We've gotta look at a code energy going in versus output revenue coming out, cause unfortunately it is money that's gonna make your business keep going.
::And be able to serve all those clients.
::So then you need to get a bit critical about, OK, where am I putting all the energy in?
::Where do I maybe need some?
::Extra help to serve these really.
::Profitable clients that I have within my business if there's.
::Not enough going on.
::Yeah, there's.
::There's several things that you can do to bump your business up to the next level.
::When it comes to scaling around you as the.
::The coach.
::The brand.
::And trying to stay in alignment.
::With your values and.
::Principles wanting to deliver the absolute best results.
::For your clients.
::But then there's the matter of trading time for money. And when you're a one-on-one coach, that's always going to be your bottleneck. You have to find strategies that.
::Still align with your values and who you fundamentally are, but ways that you can help more people cause it's really when it comes down to, it's all about helping other people solve this problem that you.
::Ohh so magnificently that more and more people want and want to work with you.
::Yeah, absolutely.
::And I, I think so many coaches are really on a mission in terms they've got a mission of the people that they wanna help and how they wanna help them.
::So for those coaches, you need to find a way.
::To make that work for more people so you can look after more people and help more people succeed in the way that you want them to.
::And often as coaches or consultants will have one.
::Area that we're.
::Really absolute genius is that you know that zone of genius.
::You are the expert.
::This is the thing that you do really, really well.
::And that's the thing that you need to prioritize.
::Everything else could be somebody else, and I would almost encourage you to get into this mantra of.
::Does this task have to be me?
::Does this particular part of the business have to be me?
::Because the chances are there's somebody else that could do it better.
::Or that could do it so that you could retain that energy and that space that you need.
::To focus on.
::What you're really good at, where you can really help clients get those results because at the end of the day, that's really what we wanna do.
::We wanna see our clients get the.
::Best results and serve more and more of them.
::And keep that chain going on and on and on.
::So yeah, really thinking about where where's my zone of genius and how can I prioritize that and give everything else away if I need to?
::And how do you know when it's time to start looking for help?
::Because sometimes when we start you're going along and you can do everything and you still have time for a life.
::And then it quickly.
::Moves from that to OMD.
::I am so overwhelmed, I have no idea how I'm gonna get anything.
::All of this done and still, you know, get.
::At least six hours of sleep at night, let alone the time with the family.
::Because absolutely.
::It happens fast.
::It does.
::It happens really fast and I think anyone you speak to.
::That talks about, you know.
::That moment when their business took off.
::It was like months and months, sometimes years of hard work for people, and then just suddenly something took and that was it.
::We're off. We're.
::Off, but I would say all that way through as you're building that business, you're starting to notice.
::Or trying to start to notice areas where you've maybe got resistance around doing certain parts of.
::The role and most of us when we started our business, we did start as a one man band because you don't have that money and you sort of want to understand all parts of the business perhaps before.
::You give them away.
::But you'll start to find there's certain things that you procrastinate on that you don't really want to get round to doing certain things that.
::Start to drain your energy and I would say even from an early stage in your business start to audit this like once a month.
::You know what do they have to do this month that really dragged me down and actually made me unenthusiastic about my job?
::You know, what were the things that I thought I loved to do?
::But actually afterwards leave me feeling.
::A bit flat and like I need.
::To go and have.
::A lie down or something.
::You know, what are those areas of the business that although you might be really good at them, are actually really draining your energy?
::So starting to think about that starting.
::To think about where your skill set.
::Is, you know, just because you are doing it.
::All doesn't mean that you're necessarily brilliant.
::Have it.
::Initially you started your business because there was one thing you were really good at and that's what.
::You wanted to.
::Continue doing, but you've ended up taking on marketing and sales and accounting and all the admin side and everything else that goes with it.
::So which of those things do you want to drop really?
::I'll give you an example.
::Like I knew from quite early on.
::That my writing is like my content creation was not brilliant in terms of creating a hook that people would really buy into.
::You know, it wasn't my area of expertise as well, so I knew.
::As soon as I.
::Got to a point where I.
::Could afford it that?
::Is where I was going to bring him the help that was the focus for me that I that I knew I was going to.
::And potentially it might be a short term project to actually just build a few tools for me, like an e-mail sequence, a couple of Facebook ads.
::If I was choosing to do that or rewriting a sales page just enough to get me off the ground and ticking over, and then eventually bring in.
::That's a full-time copywriter to the team or somebody that I could hand many more projects to, but it's thinking, OK?
::I know that I am going to get busy.
::So when I do.
::Who do I think will be my first team member and what would I like to be giving to them?
::Because as you start to think about that, you start to get a clearer picture of who that person will be and the universe is amazing.
::You will often then meet that person just at the time.
::And it's all coming together.
::I've got a brilliant story about a client.
::The other day, you know, she had got to that point where she was maxed out, really busy, needed to hire.
::But hadn't actually had the time to sit.
::Down and think, well, who do I need?
::Like where are my gaps?
::Do we need so we spend, I don't know, 45 minutes talking it through, seeing where are the holes.
::What do you need? Well.
::I need someone who's an absolute Wiz at this and they love doing this and.
::This and the.
::Other amazing, you know, they just need to be super authentic and really on the same vibe as me.
::And then she went to a festival the next week.
::And the whole premise of the festival was out, authenticity and being intuitive.
::And there she met this person who sort of opened with, well, I do XY and Z and I absolutely love doing this.
::That and the.
::Other and she was.
::Like my gosh, this is my person.
::This is the person.
::I was looking.
::For that I didn't know I was looking for, but now.
::They are so really trying to think those things through and that person will appear in front of you, not always as simply as that, but you can then start to really look, look for them and solutions to that problem.
::Tips for people who are looking for their person?
::I would imagine that first you need to identify what areas that you want help with, but yes.
::It's like so often you're like, I know I need help, but I have no idea where to even start to look for help.
::So the first thing I would do is do a bit of a time audit so.
::You can you.
::Can do this with an app or just get a good old-fashioned piece of paper.
::Put it on.
::Your desk write down.
::Every half hour of the day.
::And you'll just write.
::Down what was the task I was doing in that half hour and did?
::It give me energy.
::Or did it train me of energy?
::And if I was going to score myself out of 10, like a report card, how good am I at that task?
::You know if.
::If 10 out of 10 is. This is literally my dream job, and no one's ever gonna be able to do it better than I can.
::And zero.
::Yeah, potentially.
::It's not my best skill and then you start sort of actually.
::Auditing what's happening in my day, what's draining my energy, and what am I actually not terribly good?
::At sort of five.
::Under and then you start to get a really.
::Clear picture of the.
::Tasks that are really not helping you move forward.
::The same with the To Do List you could look at your To Do List and think actually one of the things that I've been putting off for days now and they keep just reappearing on the next days To Do List.
::That's a really good idea of parts that are just not really in your skill set.
::And that you don't get into flow either.
::They're too easy or they're just not of interest.
::And those are maybe the things that you want to start thinking about.
::So we're first looking we talked earlier about the different bottlenecks.
::So which area is my bottleneck because really we wanna hire to fill that first.
::So that we can actually start to generate some more cash and feel comfortable about having made that higher because that's a higher that we immediately see the value of.
::If there's already a bottleneck in that area, but then we're also looking at and we've talked about earlier like that zone of genius, we want to prioritize working in our.
::Best area.
::So what are the things on my list that take my energy?
::And I'm not terribly good at?
::And how could I find someone to fill those and it won't always be the same person.
::So you might have.
::OK, I need someone to help me with my social media and to generate leads.
::And I also need someone to build the funnels that I'm doing within my marketing and those potentially are two quite different jobs because the social media aspect might be a more creative.
::Writing mind you know good at design and pulling stuff together, whereas building funnels is much more tech heavy attention to detail, finding little tasks, getting ticked off so then thinking, OK, what kind of person would do this best?
::Does that help?
::It does help helps a lot.
::This this whole conversation has just been like.
::So helpful.
::On a different kind of tangent to that.
::Where do you find these people?
::I mean.
::I think so often it's going.
::To be within your network somewhere.
::So first, we're getting really clear idea of what this role is about, how this person is going to help you.
::But you're also then thinking, why would this person want this role?
::What is it about this role that's going to be really fun and interesting and work for them now remember.
::Everybody's different, so you might look at the role and think, Oh my gosh, like all those tiny little detailed tasks.
::Right.
::But somebody else.
::Loves the to do.
::List. So what are?
::They gonna love about this.
::Is it the fact that they can work great hours around, perhaps raising a young family?
::Or maybe they're just coming back into work after some time out and this is like a good, you know, 2 hours a day, baby steps back into it.
::Or perhaps they have another job.
::And this is something that they could do in the evening if they're really good list maker, you know, in the evening whilst watching Netflix, some extra cash perhaps they're saving for something.
::So you wanna start thinking about why would?
::This appeal to someone.
::And then when you're putting the roll out there, you're talking about it in those terms.
::You know the, it's a really interesting role for a born organizer who's looking for two hours of extra work a day to fit around childcare.
::Or perhaps you're saving for something special and I can see this role, you know, going on for the next six months.
::Get in touch and ask some friends to share it within their own networks.
::It might be that you're looking for social media groups.
::It might be that you've got a mums WhatsApp group at school or your you've got a friend who's got a mum's WhatsApp group at school and she.
::Can post it in there.
::You know, and just trying to think slightly outside the box.
::Like where would this where?
::Would this person be hanging out?
::Is it someone that I know?
::What are the key skills they need and get that message out there?
::And you'd be surprised how quickly people will start to.
::Get in touch or they'll.
::Sort of say to a friend.
::Hey I saw something.
::And I thought of you because it described.
::This, and I know you're looking for that.
::So what are your thoughts on hiring friends?
::With the.
::With the eye that.
::Eventually it could deteriorate cause when you hire people sometimes.
::You have to fire them if they're.
::Not a good fit.
::I think anyone that you hire who's a friend, you have to think long term what will happen if this doesn't work.
::Out how damaging will that be going forward?
::Because personally I probably wouldn't hire a really good friend because it first it is very difficult to manage friends because you've always had an equal partnership.
::So if you're now asking them to do things that they perhaps don't.
::Really want to do.
::You can start.
::To feel like you're nagging them and.
::That work chat can come into social.
::Time and it's nice to have a.
::Clear boundary between the.
::Two, now there's different types of friends we have, I would say really good friends.
::You probably don't wanna to hire because it could be too damaging on the friendship later on, and you really have to think about what happens if this really goes wrong.
::Like, how is that going to divide?
::All the social.
::Groups you know.
::Not just you and that friend, it could really impact lots of people within your group, but then we also have friends that are friends that I would say more acquaintances.
::So perhaps.
::Perhaps you've got a pretty good idea if they are friendlies and acquaintance, I would get them to do some kind of.
::Personality test and to match that against yours to see actually how are we going to work together?
::Is this someone who has really strong ideas and doesn't like to be told what to do?
::Like how can we make that fit together?
::There's all sorts of different ways you can do that there are like.
::Three disc assessments you could maybe go through human design which people love.
::You know where whatever your modality is, there are.
::There are ways to work out if.
::You're a match, but.
::Generally I would say.
::The whole pentagram and Myers Briggs things are really helpful in terms of in the online for free.
::Yeah, they give you a really good idea and somebody might be saying they're one thing and then the test comes back completely different, and then it doesn't mean that they're wrong.
::But it opens up that conversation.
::If I were to give you a task like this, how would you feel about it?
::And if that's all you were doing?
::Every day for five days.
::How would you feel about it?
::You know, so you can really start to test the water and see not just what they're saying, but what they're not saying.
::You know what their facial reaction did?
::They sort of slightly cringe when you say, you know, you're.
::Gonna have to do.
::This detail oriented task all day, every day.
::Does their face light up with excitement or what?
::Do you see them shine away from you?
::Or.
::They're just about the money.
::Yeah, yeah.
::There are a.
::Lot of people out there that just need money and they're willing to do anything that comes along, but they're not necessarily very good at it and it doesn't light them up.
::It's not their purpose in life and when you can offer somebody.
::A job or.
::A task to do that is just like.
::In their zone of genius, it just says magic happens.
::For the whole team.
::Absolutely yes.
::And it's so exciting to see because they're enthused about doing it and you feel happy.
::You don't dread handing over stuff.
::You're like, happy to hand it over cause.
::This person's like almost asking.
::For more of.
::Those tasks.
::And not to say that doing something for the money is wrong.
::If it is the right role for you.
::You know absolutely.
::Yeah, everything's transactional. It's just that you're. You're not helping somebody by giving.
::Money to do a job that doesn't enhance their life because.
::Ultimately, it's about all.
::Of us living our.
::Best life and there's somebody designed specifically to do that thing that you need them to do.
::And when you can find them and match them up and you're just like, you're enhancing their life not just because you're giving them.
::And income, but you're allowing them to grow and blossom in an area that they're really excited about being in.
::Which yes, me, that's so.
::And I think the word that goes with that for me is around curiosity.
::So when you're thinking about bringing someone on that, that that's the main word I would use for you get curious about what makes them tick like what do they enjoy doing, what do they love, what could they do all day and just lose track of time.
::Do it.
::And how does that fit with what you're offering?
::And then once that persons in that role continue?
::To be curious like.
::What are you enjoying?
::Like what could you bring more of it to this role?
::You know, are there some secret talents that I don't know about that actually now that you've seen how the business works, you think you know what I could really add some value here, you know, so keep that.
::Curiosity up in terms of yeah, how can how can this be this person's dream job? How can I make it even better for them so they can bring even more ideas to the table and excel in it and also make my life simpler and more exciting and me feel confident to hand things over and not.
::Have to worry about them.
::And not to be afraid to give them raises because keeping quality people and compensating them for the additional value they're bringing to your company is it's so much more valuable than having to go out.
::And start over the starting.
::This is.
::Over part for most.
::Businesses is just it.
::It's expensive in terms of how.
::This drove me mad in recruitment.
::Like you'd have all these funds re recruiting.
::They had someone great in the role, but because they wouldn't give that person a pay rise, that person was leaving and going to a competitor because every time you move jobs you can get a.
::Bit more money but.
::The actual recruitment process of hiring a person.
::Exactly like the one that was in the role far outweighed the cost of giving them a rise.
::By far.
::And the.
::Loss of knowledge because people that are in a position for a long period of time.
::I guess I get it.
::Everyone's replaceable, but really they're not.
::Everyone has something unique they bring to a position and.
::It's the thing they were gifted at and while you can find somebody to do the tasks.
::That are, you know, remedial.
::The passion and the ideas and the inspiration that that individual brought or the connections, because sometimes the connections that people have in a position.
::Add just add.
::To the value of that person being there.
::Yeah, there is so much that you need to consider in terms of the value that Members bring to your team, like and your business and the way you interact.
::And I would say yes, reward them.
::Always be looking to reward them.
::And for every employee that's gonna look different.
::You know, it's not always about financial.
::It could be.
::More time off.
::More holiday, bit more flexibility.
::It could be gifts.
::It could be just really remembering to say thanks every week for the good stuff that they've done.
::You know, highlighting that giving praise.
::Telling people they're doing a great job and you really appreciate them.
::All of these things really go a long way to keeping a really enthusiastic and fun team to work with people that you admire and you're all championing each other.
::And it just means that the business can go from strength to strength.
::And I think if you can build that.
::Culture as the leader of the business and show appreciation to team members and reward team members within the team.
::They'll start doing that to.
::Each other as well and it.
::Built such a great energy and people enjoy their work and they want to be there and they're all about then your mission as well.
::You know they're there, right?
::Next to you like. Yes, let's make this happen. I'm 100% on board 120.
::Percent on board.
::I love.
::That you use.
::Teams building teams rather than hiring employees.
::Because the whole cultural.
::Perception of a team is that you're all working towards one goal.
::Everybody on the team has.
::A specific role that they play.
::And it's not better or worse than anyone else.
::For you, as the business owner, you're going to compensate them at different levels because of different importance in their participation in the overall scheme of things.
::Just like a sports team, you know, everybody on the team does not make.
::The same amount of money.
::But they're all playing for the same.
::No, absolutely true.
::Goal and they give it their all.
::And they're, you know, they they're not like, ohh gosh, that guy's making so much more than me.
::Yeah, I mean, classic examples in the NBA, you know, with obviously like Michael Jordan, like most.
::Famous of all?
::But actually when he was first recruited, he wasn't doing brilliantly and they realized that they needed to bring in a second to him to almost help get the shots set up for him.
::So I think they brought in like people are going to know much better than me.
::Scotty Pippin, I think he was the next person that came in.
::And the two of them working.
::Together is what made.
::Michael Jordan like.
::Far exceed where he was before.
::In fact, I think they.
::Maybe had to.
::Bring in a third person.
::So there was.
::Almost three working in that team that then made Michael Jordan the player that we all remember.
::But now, but it wasn't him alone.
::He needed.
::Two right hand.
::Men to get him in that, into that spot.
::It's never just one person.
::There is always a team behind you somewhere and.
::You may only know that one person like Tony Robbins.
::I remember when Tony Robbins was first getting started.
::Had that book Ghost written.
::And that's how he started out.
::He hired somebody to help him.
::And then he hired other people to help them.
::And then then he started doing seminars.
::I went to one of his seminars one time.
::It was one of his first seminars.
::I lived in San Diego and he lived in La Jolla and I when I say I was.
::I knew him when he was Anthony Robbins, because that's how he called himself.
::For years, but.
::Just to watch him.
::Evolve and now he's like everybody knows who Tony Robbins is.
::That everybody didn't.
::Start out knowing who he was and he did build a team.
::And he's got a huge team now, but everybody who's anybody.
::You start out by yourself, but unless.
::You bring that team along.
::You're just going to stay by yourself and you're not going to get.
::Like, bring that expertise.
::Bring that.
::Energy. Bring that driving.
::Force bring the people like the Robin.
::To your Batman.
::You know, we want to feel that.
::We're part of.
::A supportive and growing culture.
::You know that.
::We're bringing more ideas, more energy.
::More inspiration into things.
::But hiring A-Team doesn't.
::Need to be terrifying.
::It doesn't.
::Need to be a full Time Team.
::It could be that.
::You're just hiring an expertise for X number of hours.
::A week, you know, and you know.
::Clearly the value that.
::That person is going to bring in so.
::You feel confident to hire them?
::You know, my example of somebody that's great at writing hooks or generating leads within the business.
::If you know that within a month of them working with you, you could probably double.
::The business coming in then you can more than afford a few hours a week for that person.
::Just need that first month in advance.
::But honestly, anyone that's thinking about hiring team.
::Best decision you will ever make, because yes, there'll be ups and downs.
::You know, we don't always hire the perfect person, but we need to keep that relationship open and think, OK, how could.
::I change this.
::Like what is?
::This person really good.
::At where could I utilize their?
::Maybe I put them in slightly the wrong role.
::They're in the.
::Wrong seat.
::Could I change that because so much about them is brilliant.
::So it's not just kind of hiring and then thinking, well, why aren't they miraculously doing this amazing job thinking, actually?
::How can I?
::Help them make the most of this opportunity.
::Is there something that we need to tweak or?
::A slightly better position that they should.
::Be in because.
::Things evolve.
::You know, we have to kind of all work together as a team to find our absolute.
::Niche in the team.
::Yeah, I love that so.
::Much so, what's?
::The one thing.
::There's so much that you want the audience to take away from our discussion because I could sit here and talk to you.
::For the next three hours.
::I could as well.
::OK, so the one thing I want them to take away.
::To stop doing it all and to stop feeling like you have to do it alone.
::You don't and actually investing in team even in a small way is gonna bring the energy, the expertise and the enthusiasm in your business forward in leaps and bounds.
::So think about the bigger picture.
::What do you want outside of your life?
::What do you want to be seen as within your business life and who do you need to bring in to help you make that happen?
