Done-for-you Substack setup

Your message deserves more than an empty Substack and a blinking cursor.

You’ve already built the business—the expertise, the offers, the clients, the body of work. With The Substack Amplifier, I build your Substack for you, strategically connected to everything you’ve created, so the right readers can find you, understand what you do, and take the next step toward working with you.

You don’t need another platform to figure out.

Opening a Substack account takes a few minutes. Building a publication that genuinely supports your business is a different project—one made of decisions that all depend on each other.

  • What your publication is here to do, and how it relates to the work you already offer
  • Who it’s designed to attract—and how your profile and publication speak to them
  • How your publication should be positioned so its purpose is clear at a glance
  • What a new reader should do after they find you
  • How free and paid content fit together, and which subscriber perks make sense
  • Which welcome pieces, sections, recommendations, and upgrade elements you actually need
  • How it all connects to your offers, podcast, community, and email list

When these decisions are made one at a time—or skipped entirely—you can publish faithfully for months without creating a clear path from reader to client. The writing is there. The path isn’t.

I turn your expertise into a Substack people can understand, follow, and buy through.

Scattered ideas, half-finished settings, and a publication that doesn’t yet reflect the business you run become one coherent publication—with a clear audience, a clear purpose, a thoughtful reader journey, and a natural next step.

So when someone finds you on Substack, they can quickly understand:

  • Who you are
  • What you do
  • What you offer
  • Why they should stay connected
  • Where to go next

You bring the business.I build the Substack to amplify it.

Your Substack should support the business you’ve already built—not become one more disconnected platform to manage.

This isn’t another Substack course. I build it with you—and for you.

You won’t be handed a library of videos, a folder of templates, or a checklist to work through on your own. The Substack Amplifier isn’t a course, a consulting session, or an audit.

I take your message, expertise, offers, audience, and goals, and I complete the strategic setup of your publication myself. You bring what you know about your business. I handle the structure, settings, positioning, and connections that turn Substack into a working part of it.

Creating an account

A name, a URL, and an empty page—with every strategic and technical decision still waiting for you.

What new subscribers see and receive when they join, so their first impression leads somewhere.

  • Publication sections

Organized sections that make your work easy to navigate and understand.

  • Monetization settings

Paid subscription settings configured to fit the way your business works.

  • Offers and subscriber perks

Free and paid benefits that give readers a reason to stay connected and upgrade.

The Substack Amplifier may be right for you if…

You’re an established coach—or a consultant, healer, author, podcaster, or spiritual entrepreneur—with a real business already in motion, and you:

  • Have established expertise and offers people already invest in
  • Have clients, or meaningful previous client experience
  • Already have an online presence—content, a podcast, a community, or an email list
  • Know clearly what your business does and who it serves
  • Want Substack to build authority, relationships, and movement toward your offers
  • Would rather have an experienced guide build the foundation than spend weeks piecing it together
  • Don’t want to become an influencer to create meaningful income
Jill Hart, visibility strategist and host of The You World Order Showcase Podcast

Built by someone who understands what happens after people find you.

I’m Jill Hart, host of The You World Order Showcase Podcast. I’ve had more than 600 conversations with coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs about the work they’re here to do.

What those conversations taught me is that visibility on its own isn’t the goal. Being seen matters when the people who find you can understand what you do and see a clear next step. I help coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs amplify their voices, monetize their missions, and get visible—without needing an influencer-sized audience.

I teach and use Substack as one part of a connected client-attraction ecosystem, not as an isolated publishing platform. When I build your publication, I’m building it to connect with everything else you’ve already created.

Questions you might be asking

Is this a course?

No. The Substack Amplifier is a done-for-you setup. You’ll share what I need through your onboarding questionnaire and our kickoff call, and then I complete the strategic setup of your publication for you.

Do I need an existing Substack account?

No. If you don’t have one yet, I can help you create a new account as part of your setup.

What if I already started my Substack?

That’s fine. The Substack Amplifier can be used to build a new publication or strengthen one you’ve already started. If you have an existing Substack, I’ll assess what is already working, preserve what should remain, and restructure the publication where needed so it supports your business more effectively.

Is this only for coaches?

It’s designed for established coaches, and it’s also a strong fit for consultants, healers, authors, podcasters, and spiritual entrepreneurs who run a real business with existing offers. What matters most is that your business already exists. The Substack is built to amplify it.

Will you write my ongoing articles?

The Substack Amplifier is a done-for-you strategic setup, not an ongoing content-writing service. You’ll leave with a professionally structured publication that is ready for you to publish into and use as part of your business.

Can you guarantee subscribers or income?

No. I don’t promise a specific number of subscribers, clients, or revenue. What I build is a strategically structured publication designed to help readers understand your work, stay connected, and move toward your offers. What you publish and how you show up from there will shape your results.

What happens after I purchase?

You’ll receive an email with a detailed onboarding questionnaire, instructions for providing your assets and account access, and a link to schedule your 45-minute kickoff call. Please complete the questionnaire before the call so I can review your business, offers, audience, and existing ecosystem ahead of time.

How long does it take?

Your Substack setup will typically be completed within 2–3 weeks after I receive your completed onboarding materials, assets, and account access. The timeline begins once those are in, not necessarily on your purchase date.

What will you need from me?

Your onboarding questionnaire walks you through everything, including:

  • Your current Substack URL, if you already have one
  • Appropriate administrative access to your publication, or permission to help create a new account
  • Your logo and established brand colors, if available
  • A current headshot and a short professional bio
  • A description of your ideal client or reader
  • Links and descriptions for your primary offers
  • Links to your website, podcast, community, email list, social profiles, and other relevant platforms
  • Any free or paid subscriber benefits you want to offer
  • Examples of existing content that best represent your voice and work
  • Your primary goal for using Substack
  • Any existing publication content or subscriber experience that needs to be preserved

Instructions for providing account access are included in your onboarding email.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Along with a recorded walkthrough of your finished setup, you’ll have one reasonable round of revisions, submitted within seven days of delivery. This round is for adjustments to the completed setup rather than a complete change in strategy, audience, branding, or offer direction.

Your ideas are already worth sharing. Let’s build the place they can lead from.

You don’t need to keep researching settings, second-guessing your publication, or waiting until you understand every part of Substack. Bring me your message, expertise, and vision—and let’s turn them into a publication designed to lead somewhere.

You bring the business. I’ll build the Substack to amplify it.
